    (1) ‘Recalls’ can only occur in those states that have the laws to allow them and not every state does. I do not know about either Arizona or Kentucky.

    (2) The only recognized and valid signatures on a petition for a state recall are those from citizens of those states.

    The fates of McCain and McConnell are exclusively and individually in the hands of the citizens of those two states.
