    The out of the gutter organization boy doesn’t seem to know/realize that OUR Constitution says he spends what Congress gives to him and he fights wars that Congress approves. Of course this all can be altered by namby pamby or sell out elected ‘representatives.

    good,we need some laughter, even in concentration camps people needed some laughter to deal with the bleak reality, it helps you survive and not go crazy from seeing the magnitude of corruption and criminality in the government
