Public letter to conservatives who have speculated as to Dr. Orly Taitz’s qualifications and legal expertise:
As a viewer of the Internet news, rumor, and commentary concerning Obama’s eligibility, consider the following points and questions concerning Dr. Taitz :
1. Bravery vs. Cowardice– Except for a few, America’s ruling class, including attorneys, have run from the issue of Obama’s eligibility. A few attorneys have filed a couple lawsuits but always with one eye on the current public perception of so-called “birthers.” As an American, I have become rather disgusted with the cowardice of these attorneys who make half-hearted attempts-not to mention the cowardice of the media. It is somewhat understandable that these attorneys would not invite the Cat 6 hurricane of attack by getting involved in the eligibility issue. However, one attorney, Dr. Taitz has shown true American courage in the face of intense opposition and has never stopped her tireless efforts- which has probably come at great cost to her and her three sons.
2. Competence vs. Buffoonery– In light of the fact that Orly, an immigrant, has stepped us to plate when no other American attorney truly has, made great sacrifices, and has opened herself to attack, I make the following points;
a. Does anyone think any American faults her for making English spelling errors or any judge for that matter? Or is she admired her for being able to achieve and accomplish so much in her relatively short time in America?
b. Since we are talking here about who has the best chance of winning these court cases, answer this question: Does anyone really believe that an attorney that is better at dotting I’s and crossing T’s or perfect in the nuances of American courtroom protocol will have their court case heard and not thrown out by today’s brave judiciary? Or might it just be possible that any judge brave enough to even consider hearing an Obama “natural born” case in the first place, may respond better to a highly intelligent, conscientiously motivated attorney?
c. Many of Orly’s pundits cannot see straight because of their own fears that someone could mess up everyone’s chances at seeing Obama’s birth certificate. I remind everyone that this is Orly’s chance- she earned it, she inspired the people, and many educated military personnel have chosen her for their attorney. Are all these plantiffs morons or might they just be a little smarter than those of us speculating from a distance? This speaks volumes for her competence.
d. So who is truly competent and who is the buffoon? The intelligent, educated, and passionate defender of the Constitution or some nameless, good spelling, procedural master of litigation (who some seem to be watering at the mouth for)? Remember, we have come to this point in litigation for a reason- because this woman has done what American attorneys have not- from timidity, or negligence, or just plain failure, or other. Some people really need to rethink their definitions of competence in light of what is really needed for victory in our courts.
3. Money & Fame vs. Conscience- The Power of Motives – Does anyone think Orly is in this for fame or fortune? She could have taken the easy route, lived very comfortably in her successful careers and enjoyed her time with her three sons – but her family has sacrificed everything for this great country that once chose freedom over tyranny while giving honor to the Creator. Don’t underestimate the appeal of these factors to honorable judges (we don’t have any chances with dishonorable ones anyway). These other attorneys are a dime a dozen and everyone, including judges, will believe they are in it for the money and fame. Orly has the most compelling reason for involvement (because of her background with Communism and corruption and her fresh enthusiasm, akin to our founders, for our country and constitution). This should carry a multitude of weight in making judgments about who is most qualified to bring successful litigation.
Let this attorney do what she is so well equipped for and may other attorneys swallow their egos, forget their fear, and offer their services and expertise pro-bono… leave her at the helm.

Any sensible person will agree entirely with the above. As far as I am concerned, Orly Taitz is making History here. She is a true hero and those who dismiss her efforts are acting as the ‘useful idiots’ of the Obama camp.

Orly is a true patriot with a heart of gold. She is the bravest, strongest woman I have ever seen in my whole life, and I will stand with her shoulder to shoulder as I always have. I will pray for her safety and well being too as always. She has given everything she has so willingly and I love her with all my heart and I always will. She is family to me.
Berg is a loser and so is Kreep. They are insanely jealous of Orly as evidenced by their unprofessional, childish and quite despicable behavior. They should be ashamed of themselves…especially you Phil Berg you pathetic spineless cretin!!! Do us all a favour and both of you retire from the profession! Berg, you first need to pay back all the poor souls who trusted you and gave you money. You make me sick.

I am appalled at the disgusting attack by Arlen Williams and Larry Sinclair. I know first hand the evil that can be caused by jealousy. If I weren’t already an Orly supporter, I would be now, just in oppostion to those vile hate-spitters. It’s clear that the two are not on the side of justice. They are certainly not patriots.

Who does the Obama Administration fear the most? Glenn Beck? Rush Limbaugh? Sean Hannity? Bill O’reilly? The Republican Party? The conservative pess? None of the above, not even taken in concert. So, who then, do they fear? A pretty immigrant lady from Russia with three children. Her English is not as good as yours or mine and she often misspells words. She has a dental practice and is also an Attorney. Her name is Orly Taitz. You haven’t heard about her, have you? The very fact that you haven’t explains why she is the most feared person by the Obama Administration. But you would have no way of knowing that because our beloved, unbiased, fair and balanced mainstream media (MSM) isn’t about to let the public at large know who she is. She is widely known by those who travel the conservative internet blogs like World Net Daily, Free Republic and The Right Side of Life. The MSM also fears her because of the threat she represents to their consensual lover in the Oval Office. Obama does not want you to know that she alone has gone where the other attorneys have not. She has successfully reached the courtroom of California Federal Judge, David Carter, who has scheduled a hearing in January for her to present all the evidence she has that will show President Obama is in fact President Usurper. She has other cases in the works, but it is this one (Barnett v. Obama) that will rattle the cages of the Obama Administration if it goes to trial. If it doesn’t make it, it will because the Judge was called off the case or she has been “deleted.” She will not only introduce evidence that proves Obama is not eligible for the presidency, but will show evidence of election fraud by speaker Pelosi and the DNC. I personally believe that she will expose the fact that Obama isn’t even an American citizen. If he was, why has he placed all his personal information under lock and key? American’s you have been duped by a charming imposter with a great smile and excellent speaking skills. When you add a Democrat controlled Congress and slobbering MSM, it was a push over. God bless you Orly Taitz. And thank you for willing to die for truth, righteousness and liberty.

Who led the French army to victory in the 13th Century? A seasoned military officer? NO – a simple teen-aged peasant girl. Dr. Taitz is our Jeanne d’Arc! Vive les Etats-Unis!!!

I respect and admire Dr. Orly. She knows like many of us who had a chance to get away from the ” Communist Heaven” that the freedom has a price and nothing is free. Sadly, too many, who had the priviledge to be born in this great , the greatest Country in the whole world, think that they deserve freedom. They think that the country owes them freedom. I will never question Dr.Orly’s love for America. I rerspect my mother-land, but America is my Country, Country, that I’m redy to stand up and fight for any minute she would ask me to do so.

U.S. District Court Judge Clay Land has thrown out a complaint questioning the president’s birth from an Army captain fighting deployment to Iraq and gave a warning to her lawyer, birther maven Orly Taitz.
Land also put attorney Orly Taitz, who represents Capt. Connie Rhodes and is a leader in the national “birther” movement, on notice by stating that she could face sanctions if she ever files a similar “frivolous” lawsuit in his court.
“(Rhodes) has presented no credible evidence and has made no reliable factual allegations to support her unsubstantiated, conclusory allegations and conjecture that President Obama is ineligible to serve as president of the United States,” Land states in his order. “Instead, she uses her complaint as a platform for spouting political rhetoric, such as her claims that the president is ‘an illegal usurper, an unlawful pretender, [and] an unqualified imposter.'”
In his order, the judge noted that Rhodes had objected only to deployment to Iraq under President Obama, not to serving in the military generally.
Rhodes is not the first soldier to object to overseas deployment on the grounds that Obama is not a legitimate president. Stefan Frederick Cook, a reserve soldier who volunteered for an active duty tour, argued that he should not have to go to Afghanistan for similar reasons to Rhodes. The army revoked his deployment orders.
