   The Supreme court (?) needs to issue a definitive pronouncement on what a NATURAL BORN citizen is and is NOT.

   Until it was scrubbed, Immigration and Naturalization, clearly differentiated between NATIVE and NATURAL.

   America’s future is in the hands of The Constitution, which DOES and MUST, by virtue of its existence, HAVE A MEANING.

    One hypothesis is that Cruz KNOWS he is NOT Eligible but brings it up as a way to focus attention on OBAMA.

    Interesting, and at some level it is working.

    This next one is for Orly:

    To be a natural born citizen, do both parents (or just one) at the time of birth have to be citizens of USA?

    AND

    What source (or sources) is authoritative enough in defining what a natural born citizen is?

    Some people have said it just takes one parent. Others say it takes two. When I see people disagreeing like that, I start to think “they must be using different sources to come to their conclusions.”

    Watching the movie “the intouchable” showed how brave citizens can’t be scare to fight evil.

    A dual or triple citizen is NOT an NBC. Cruz, Obama and jindel all have the same problem of not being eligible.

    IF being a citizen is all that is required, then the Founding Fathers would have been eligible since they were citizens upon adoption of the Constitution, but they put a grandfather clause in there so that they could be President. I don’t think Obama or cruz was alive at he time of the adoption of the Constitution.

    No, Barry Bounel (if this is your name). By no means can Ted Cruz be on “our side” (meaning American side) if he dares to offer yourself as a presidential contender in a DELIBERATE violation of the Constitution. By no means can Ted Cruz be on “our side” if he still remains silent on the unconstitutionality and plain thievery of Obama/Soetoro. Ted Cruz is no lesser enemy of America then the rest of 535 crooks, which all must end up on gallows.

    And be not so confused as though the concept the “US Natural born” is vague or ambiguous. All you need to know about it may be reduced the 2008 Sen.     There are only around 250 million natural born citizens in America. What a coincidence the Republicans keep picking, and dragging to the front, candidates who are not natural born citizens and not Constitutionally eligible.

    Cruz, Rubio, Jindal, and probably others waiting in the wings if needed. All to try to destroy one of the most important, perhaps the most important requirement of the Constitution. The natural born citizen requirement was meant to increase the probability that the president and commander-in-chief of America’s military would be loyalty only to America. What happens when this requirement is ignored?….see, OBAMA!

    The Democrats are happy the Republicans are working overtime to get both parties off the hook for the treason they committed in getting an ineligible, identity fraud elected as the putative president of America.

    The two party system is a joke, it’s them against us.
