What a coincidence. The same judge, David O’Carter, who presided in Obama eligibility cases, is presiding in the bogus claims by Eric Holder against Standard and Poor, which downgraded US National debt in 2012

As you know, Judge David O Carter pulled all stops to cover up Obama’s coup d’etat and Obama’s usurpation of the U.S. Presidency with all fabricated IDs. Now for some strange coincidence the same judge is presiding in a law suit brought by Holder against McGrawHill Standard and Poor.

S&P is asserting that they have been singled out by the Obama regime, and rightfully so. The feds are not going after Moody’s or Finch, who gave the same ratings to companies as S&P, but did not downgrade the U.S. national debt. If the Feds were to go after all three companies, they could have a solid case, but going after one, but not the others clearly looks like the company is being singled out

Obama Gestapo is going only after one rating company, which embarrassed Obama by downgrading the U.S. National debt in 2012.

An article about this case https://www.bloomberg.com/news/2013-08-19/s-p-to-fight-for-evidence-u-s-suit-was-political-payback.html?cmpid=yhoo came out today in Bloomberg and YahooNews. It came now, as the issue of falsification of the national debt from May 17-August 14, 2013 is being made public.

Could it be not only the witch hunt against Standard and Poor, but also a form of intimidation of Moody’s and Finch?

You can take a boy out of Chicago, but you can’t take Chicago out of a boy…

    Isn’t it odd the case is filed in USDC Central district of CA?

    Who is Judge O’Carter’s clerk now?

    The Defendant in this case is in trouble with Carter in lock step with racist Holder. Hey David, BTW curious minds want to know a few things. Is the Muslim clerk you brought in from Obamas’ law firm in Seattle still calling the shots for you? Has he converted you yet? Has it been long enough now since you decided to become a traitor to America and take a payoff that you now feel its safe to begin spending it? What was it the NSA had on you that Obama was using to bribe you David? We haven’t forgotten you. You alone could have saved the country from the catastrophic damage that has been done by the usurper you covered for. How high have you advanced up in the chain of command at the CPUSA David? You make me sick!

    Orly,
    I actually got on the national radio airwaves over Obama this morning. I was on the Mike Church show as they were talking Birth Certificate. I told him forget the birth certificate and explain to me how the president has a forged selective service card- wrong date stamp and he has a CT social security number where he never resided.
    I promptly got told by Church that I was trying to birtherize him and got hung up on. I called back and got the screen-er again and told the screen-er you cant have a social security number issued from a state that you never lived in, and you cant get a job with a social security number that does not pass e verify. Once again the screen-er said hold and i got hung up on. Un-believable

    Judge Carter is unbelieveable! He’s a former Marine, could’ve had this entire matter solved!

    But he allowed others to (play him)!
