August 19, 2012 US Congress voted to find Attorney General of the U.S. Eric Holder in contempt of court, as Holder refused to comply with the subpoena in regards to trafficking of assault weapons to drug cartels in Mexico. Obama used his executive privilege, which suggested Obama’s involvement and Obama being in charge of this gun trafficking operation.
US Congress, Oversight committee filed a legal action against Holder seeking Declaratory and Injunctive relief for the U.S. District court to declare that Holder has to comply and for the court to order Holder to comply. the case was assigned to Obama appointee Federal judge Amy Berman-Jackson, who has been sitting on this case for a year without issuing a decision.
She found time to rule in other cases, such as the case of Congressman Jesse Jackson, yet she is not issuing a ruling in this case. Meanwhile more people are being killed by those assault weapons.
In my opinion the U.S. Congress has to act. they have multiple options. counsel for the US Congress, for the Committee on the Judiciary should file a Petition for a Writ of Mandamus to the Higher court, the Court of Appeals, and cc to the Supreme Court, seeking a mandamus to the lower court to expedite the case and rule, as it is a case of National importance. they can file a formal complaint to the Chief Judge and seek to recuse the judge and reassign the case to another judge due to the fact that the presiding judge is not issuing a ruling on the issue of national concern for a period of year.
The Judiciary Committee of Congress can subpoena Judge Berman-Jackson to testify and demand an answer, why she is not issuing a ruling in this case of National importance. Judiciary committee cannot tell her how to rule, but it can tell her to do her job and rule asap or if she cannot manage the schedule and find time to rule on a case of paramount importance for the nation, maybe she should not seat on the bench as a federal judge, as this might be seen as incapacity.
The public is encouraged to call the court and ask to expedite the case of National importance. You cannot influence the court to rule one way or another, however you can call and ask the court to expedite a case of national importance.
Similarly, it has been 45 days and no ruling from Judge Lamberth on Obama’s use of a stolen Social Security number. Of course, it is not as bad as no ruling for a year, like in Fast and Furious, however a ruling should come as soon as possible. This coup d’etat take over of the presidency by a criminal with stolen and fabricated IDs should end asap.
In Egypt people are rising, upset with what they perceive to be a coup d’etat.
Here we have a real coup d’etat, a charlatan took over the presidency by fraud, using fabricated IDs and corrupt officials, congresswomen and judges, yet we do not have any movement yet. Maybe this is because we have only the regime media, just like the Third Reich media, which does not report the truth.
Not only they do not report on Obama’s fabricated IDs, they do not report about the falsification of the records of the national debt. They are silent about the National debt figures being reported unchanged for 87 days. This is truly a RICO, a criminal enterprise running the nation.
