Defendants failed to file a response in  Judd v Obama, filed in the 9th Circuit.

Keith Judd was a Democratic Party candidate who ran against Barack Obama in West Virginia and got 41% of the vote of all Democratic Party voters. Judd asserts that Obama won the primary by fraud and using a stolen Connecticut Social Security number 042-68-4425, which was never assigned to Barack Obama, as well as fabricated Selective Service Certificate and fabricated birth certificate as proof of his identity, U.S. citizenship and eligibility to the U.S. Presidency. Judd is represented by Attorney Orly Taitz. The date for oral argument will be provided to the public when it is set by the 9th Circuit.

Defendants also failed to file a response in Taitz v Obama in the 4th District Court of Appeals . Oral argument is expected within the next 3 month. The exact date of the argument will be provided, when it is set by the court.

It has been 38 days since the briefing was complete before Judge Lamberth in Taitz v Astrue, 11-cv-402, seeking SS-5, Social security number application for Connecticut Social Security number 042-680-4425 of Harrison J. Bounel, which Obama is fraudulently using. No answer yet.

Defendants, Postmaster General and Inspector General for the USPS are expected to file an answer in the case Taitz v Donahoe, whereby Postmaster general is supposed to respond in relation to the flagrantly fabricated cancellation USPS stamp affixed to the fabricated Selective Service certificate of  Barack Obama. In June of 2012 Inspector General of the USPS forwarded the complaint to the Fraud Department and sought     response and action within 30 days. After a year there is no response from the fraud department of the USPS.

FOIA response is expected by August 9 from the Treasury Department in regards to the fact that Obama used in his 2009 tax returns a stolen CT Social Security number 042-68-4425, which failed E-Verify.

Similarly 6 other cases related to Obama’s use of a stolen Social Security number and fabricated IDs were brought by Taitz and are awaiting adjudication in different courts around the country.

    They failed to file a response in Judd v Obama, filed in the 9th Circuit because whatever response they choose, they cannot truly defend it

    How much more obvious can it get that the courts are obstructing justice? Everybody else has to file in a timely manner, who granted these scumbuckets special privileges? The constitution says judges can keep their jobs during times of good behavior, this is not good, or even average behavior, so lets get these judges gone. How do we start the process, form our own grand jury? The government can’t be trusted in these matters any more. They’ve become disjointed and dysfunctional, and destructive to those ends.
