    Wow! Right off the bat, I thought: Now, here’s another way for Door #3 to try to spend us into bankruptcy…to help in elections in ANOTHER COUNTRY????

    What a treasonous, nwo, muslim hack! And was this an end run around Congress? Was this an executive order?

    WAIT, of WHO’s money? Surely Obama can’t just write a check from the treasury to anybody he wishes? Can he? How does he embezzle all that vacation money? Surely not “all expenses paid” vacations, AND $400,000/yr.? Better not.
