This GOP Rep. Is Exploring Potential Criminal Charges Congress Can File Against President Obama

Rep. Tom Marino (R-Pa.) in a Thursday radio interview revealed he is exploring the potential options that would allow Congress to file civil or criminal charges against members of the Obama administration and even President Barack Obama himself.
Citing the Obama administration’s delay in the implementation of the employer mandate found in “Obamacare,” Marino told radio host David Madeira that the president continues to show a disregard for the law. He also argued Attorney General Eric Holder is never going to hold the Obama administration accountable.
“If the chief law enforcer of the country [Holder] will not enforce the law,” said Marino, “and the president decides to break the law because he doesn’t like it, there has to be another mechanism by which we in Congress can … see if there are criminal charges we can file.”
Marino is looking to “investigate, identify and prosecute people within the administration, up to and including the president if it comes to that,” according to Sarah Wolf, Marino’s spokeswoman.

While Marino is a longtime critic of Obama, he maintained that his cry for legal action stemmed not from personal distaste for the president but from a greater respect for the nation’s well being. “We’re beyond the point of showing that he’s incompetent,” Marino said. “He really doesn’t care about where this country is going unless it’s his plan, so we have to step up.”
The congressman likened Obama’s action to the Watergate scandal, suggesting that a special committee should be established to subpoena and investigate the individuals involved. More specifically, he said, he seeks to find “a part of a statute that says we have the authority to indict.”
In the same interview, Marino said he is planning a “brainstorming session” with some former prosecutors in Congress about the potential legal measures that can be taken against the Obama administration.
He claims he is not alone in his desire to bring criminal charges against the White House.

    One thing I’ve learned from our “government” is, absolutely nothing that comes out of Washington DC has anything whatsoever to do with “truth”, honor, honesty, integrity, competence, fact, decency, morals, or the countries best interests.

    obama could have,should have been imprisoned the moment his name appeared on the first presidential ballot received for the 2008 election. Every congressman, senator,judge,law enforcement official(state or federal),news commentator, and of course there are others, who
    have been silent on obama’s lack of eligibility are beneath contempt, at least in my eyes, and their redemption should be next to impossible.

    Harry’s comment above is the correct cource of action. Absolutely YES t investigation and prosecutionof all of them including the news media for aiding and abetting treason within the U S government, and the U S military does have lawful authority in cases of treason, and that is exactly ehere the Obama fraud leads

    Barack WHOEVERTHEBLEEPYOUARE could go down to Capitol Hill with an AR-15 assault rifle and kill half of the GOP, and the GOP would still give him a pass! Idiot Boehner would probably get on Faux Noise and when asked “Why didn’t you guys arrest the President???” would likely reply “because Congress doesn’t have a jail facility to put him in”. Nobody believes any of these criminals anymore with an “R” for “Ridiculous” or a “D” for “Demented” after their names. If their mouths are open, they’re lying. If they’re smiling, they’re telling the American People a whopper in front of a camera. If the States had any sense, they would convene together to dissolve this illegal federal government immediately.

    After more thought regarding charges levied by U.S. citizens against feds, including the White House, it would seem Constitutional to do so should the Constitution and law to have been violated from the beginning.

    Help from the military seems highly unlikely considering the job the regime has done in replacing officers whom they felt could not be trusted to follow any and every order from the regime. In over four years the military has followed every order given by the illegal commander-in-chief. Those in the military can see what Obama is doing and yet they do not object in any meaningful way.

    If the military was going to act to support the oath they took to protect the Constitution “from enemies both foreign and domestic” would it have not already happened?

    What would it take to make them abide by their sworn oath to the Constitution?

    Again, if unConstitutional and/or criminal deeds are done by feds, why can’t U.S. citizens file charges? If citizens can file charges, through whom, and which charges would cause for the arrest of offenders (politicians, bureaucrats and private associates)?

    The GOP is so beyond stupid. I do not even think the word daft can even describe their denseness. If they would bring the innumerable causes for Impeachment to the forefront in an Impeachment proceeding, the American People would get the low-down in the Lamestream Propaganda media which would be forced to cover it, albeit lamely. Numerous felonies and Constitutional violations would be placed on the airwaves. If they added the fraud charges, it would be a slam dunk! THE PROPAGANDA MEDIA WOULD BE EXPOSED FOR THE INCESSANT LIARS THEY HAVE BEEN ALL THIS TIME!!! It would not matter one iota whether the Senate Democrats chose to let Barry the Fairy off the hook because once the charges are aired and have the backing of the US Congress in an impeachment proceeding, the federal courts would then take over with likely an army of Special Prosecutors representing the US Congress. If that federal judge charged with handling an emergency case in US District Court then chose to shoot the entire US Congress the BIRD, which is exactly what they have been doing to Dr. Orly Taitz and countless other litigants, guess what branch can IMPEACH THE JUDGE AND ANY OTHER JUDGE WHO STANDS IN THEIR WAY??? YEAH, THAT’S HOW DAMN DUMB THE GOP IS!!!

    The Founding Fathers gave the US Congress the MOST POWER over the other two branches intentionally for good reason. It’s a damn shame we rarely ever see that power being used to preserve liberty. Congress, nowadays, is just part of a corrupt crime syndicate and lobbying “corporacracy” which stacks the deck heavily in favor of incumbent criminals and only promotes more and more crime and effectively nullifies the People’s control over Congress. Someday soon when the US falls, these guys will still be hobnobbing with their lobbyist buddies to the bitter end, not giving a tinker’s damn about their constituencies or the good of the country. What is the first lie a Congressman or Senator ever tells when they get to the District of Criminals for the first time??? Answer: THEIR OATH OF OFFICE
