We received your resubmitted e-mail but we did not receive your request with it.  Was it meant as an attachment?  If so, the attachment is disappearing.  Perhaps you can cut and paste it into the email?  You may also fax it to 202-622-3339.  Thank you.

    It seems that the court that you sent this to is trying to prevent the litigation from going forward. If there is a way to get someone to go down to that court and get some names of those clerks who might be responsible, it might be worth doing. If not, then perhaps you might want to write to the Judge and tell him that your document disappeared and that you will be resending. I don’t know if there is any recourse for you in terms of technicalities but perhaps you can get your case reassigned to another judge. It is possible that the Judge knows nothing about this – or the Judge has directed the clerks to do this. Either way, you deserve to be heard.

    Maybe you encrypted it with an encryption program they don’t have. The IRS requires any document tjat is emailed with an SSN to be encrypted. Why not just fax it?
