   James: How do you know that Snowden is a double-agent?

   I read somewhere or heard that no one can start a nuclear war, since something/someone has done a great job of neutralizing this plan???!

   And I think it’s the senate that has the problem in dealing with the Immigration Bill. The House has more conservatives in it.
