More nightmare in the USDC for the District of Columbia

USDC received my pleadings on Monday morning by FedEx. I repeatedly called the court.

Attorney- law clerks from the chambers of Judge Lamberth are stating that they did not get the pleadings from downstairs, from the clerks office. Clerk assigned to Judge Lamberth within the clerk’s office, is Reggie Johnson, he is the case manager for my case. I called him repeatedly, he is not answering his phone and not returning phone calls.

Clerk Ms. Horn stated that there is no notation by Reggie Johnson that the case was received by him from the mail room. I demanded to talk to the mail room, was not transferred.

It is unbelievable that people have to go through such obstruction to just note that documents were received and post them on the docket . I am asking my supporters to call the clerks office 202-354-3080, talk to the chief Clerk, Angela Chavez and advice her that clerk Reggie Johnson is not answering his phone, does not return calls, did not post on the internal docket the pleadings received Monday morning and did not forward them to Chief Judge Lamberth. Demand to replace this clerk with another clerk in handling the case and demand to record the pleadings immediately and forward them to Judge Lamberth immediately.

Further, I talked to one of the attorneys working for Judge Lamberth, who stated that he did not get the documents from the clerks office. The clerk, who I talked to before was not there today. I asked him for his name to enter in my records, who did I talked to. He refused to give me his name gave me a riot act and stated “I was told that you post names on the Internet, so I will not give you my name.”

My question is, why shouldn’t we know their names? We’ve seen obstruction of justice before in multiple courts, he is an attorney, sworn to uphold the Constitution. I am asking for his name to have a record, who told me that the clerks did not forward the pleadings and he is playing games. I believe this Attorney- Law clerk should not be working there as well. We need transparency. If he wants anonymity, US District Court  not a right place of employment for him. US courts are open courts. People, who have something to hide and who refuse to be accountable to the public and refuse to disclose their names should not be allowed to be hired by the courts in the first place. This should be one of the requirements: you cannot hide your name, you have to provide your name to the public, so if you do not provide docmuents to the judge, misrepresent the truth, you will be held accountable.

    Orly: it appears that the chief clerk is a minority and they love to help a minority prez! They have to mess with whitey!

    The clerk you are referring to as Reggie Johnson. Are we sure that’s not a pseudonym and it’s really Soebarkah lover Reggie Love???

    To eric b walker, so another eric, weren’t you eric myeye before @ 2:09 pm, still a gutterwipe though, probably living in your mother’s basement, on food stamps, no job for 10 years, haven’t washed yourself in months if not years, collect flies on your face like odumbo, obumbo, osama, zero, usurper.
