I got a call from a Phoenix TV reporter, the call was recorded by a reporter, he stated that he followed Arpaio’s investigation.

He stated that  in AZ a sheriff has more than one option. He has an option of submitting to the District Attorney a criminal complaint or what is called a long form complaint, where he provides the District Attorney with the affidavits of witnesses and experts and a narrative why in his opinion the County District Attorney should file a criminal complaint with the court on behalf of the people of the county.

Now Sheriff Arpaio is stating that he has a 40 page affidavit from a Hawaiian Forensic Document examiner Reed Hayes, who stated that Obama’s birth certificate is a fabrication and a 100% forgery. So, we know with a 100% certainty that Obama committed the same crime twice in Maricopa county AZ and in every county in the United States: he ran for U.S. President using a forged birth certificate as a basis of his eligibility and identity.

Sheriff Arpaio owes an answer to the donors, to supporters, to residents of Maricopa County and the whole nation: Why didn’t he file either a criminal complaint or a long form complaint with the District Attorney of Maricopa County Bill Montgomery?

    Soebarkah ran in 2012 with a forged BC but he ran in 2008 without one. If it hadn’t been for overwhelming pressure to produce one, we would never even been shown the forgery as they wouldnt have felt the need to fabricate the forgery. Great job forcing his hand Dr Taitz!!

    Sheriff Arpaio, Mr. Zullo do you hear this? Is time for action not words, you are employed by us the citizens of Maricopa County. Act in our behalf as you have to, press charges, is your duty.

    I’ve donated thousands of dollars to Sheriff Joe.
    I’m so disgusting about his lack of action. How can I get my money back? I keep thinking about all the things I could have spent $3,400 on and my husband would be furrious if he found out I took money out of are chidrens collage fund. I litrally feel sick.

    Orly, Will you start a Class Action Law Suit on behalf of us?
    This seems like the only thing we can do.

    I know of no requirement of a presidential candidate to have a valid birth certificate. Would you please cite the law regarding it?

    Also, even if the bc is forged, it was not proffered as evidence in a court of law. It was only posted on the internet for informational purposes. If the State of Hawaii claims that the information on that bc is correct and is in their records and they do with a post on their health department website, how can the bc be forged?

    I thought you were approaching this from the angle of a stolen social security number. Have you been able to talk to the guy he stole it from?
