Laura, if we had an Attorney General who actually respected and upheld the Law of the Land then this would be great but Communist Holder cares nothing about the Law! That has been our biggest obstacle in seeking justice on all fronts. Criminals are in charge of our justice system. The prison is literally being run by the inmates.

Orly,I’m not very smart with the law, but I have a question. Our Founding Fathers added Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution to protect us from exactly what is happening now to our country by Obama, a guy with NO allegiance to America and it’s laws.If the DNC would have vetted him properly, this IRS travesty would not have happened to you and many others. Many are talking about suing the IRS over this, but what about suing the DNC for not vetting Obama, would this not also bring out the information about his eligibility?

they claim that they are a party, not governmental agency, they don’t have any duty to check birth certificates or other records

Then why bother sending each State a Convention Certification of Nomination form which the Dems conveniently altered the wording on????
