Taitz sent a demand to every member of the Judiciary Committee to enter this evidence in the record of the committee hearing. Every law abiding citizen is asked to contact every member of the Judiciary committee and demand a stay of the immigration reform hearing and an emergency hearing on Obama’s use of a stolen CT SS 042-68-4425”

   I thought this was a good idea from Tea Party Nation:

   Amnesty is upon us.

   Absent a last minute miracle, at some point the Senate will pass Amnesty. There are some really good Senators who are working on a couple of plans right now to stop Amnesty, but thanks to the sellout Republicans in the Gang of Eight who have worked to defeat every border security proposal, the chances of stopping Amnesty in the Senate are very unlikely.

   So what do we do now to try and stop Amnesty in the House?

   There is something that is very grassroots that we can do now to help make sure Amnesty never passes in the House.

   What is it?

   In the Senate, three of the Gang of Eight are not up for election next year. Rubio and McCain do not run again until 2016. Jeff Flake does not run again until 2018. Lindsay Graham is up for reelection next year but he acts as if he could care less about the chances of being primaried.

   The House of Representatives is much different.

   They are all up for election.

   And many of them fear being primaried.

   Here is what we in the Tea Party need to do.

   Call the Press Secretary or Communications Director for your Congressman and if you or your group lives in an area where there are multiple congressional districts (i.e. if you are in a metropolitan area or if you are in an area where two or three districts are in the same media market) call all of them.

   Tell the Press Secretary who you are and who you are with and tell that person you are looking for a statement from the Congressman on their position on Amnesty. Tell them this statement is for publication.

   If the Press Secretary or Communications Director does not have a statement tell them you will call back and do call back to get it. Keep calling if you need to. Others in your groups can do the same thing.

   As soon as you get that statement, put it on your website and share it with us at Tea Party Nation.

   This is a variation on what is known in the House as “Whipping the vote.”

   This allows us to not only know who is supporting real Americans in the Amnesty fight but it will lock these people into their positions. Yes they can change their votes later but it makes it a lot harder and they will all know that if their position on Amnesty is known in their district and they flipflop on it, they can look forward to a primary challenger.

   The beauty of doing this is that we can get a very good count on who is supporting Amnesty and who is not.

   John Boehner’s hold on the Speaker’s Chair is tenuous at best. There was a conservative insurrection that almost took him out at the beginning of the term. If a majority of Republicans in the House come out on the record opposing Amnesty Boehner will have to think long and hard about pushing it.

   In the House they have something called the “Hastert Rule.” Named after former House Speaker Denny Hastert, the Rule says no legislation should go forward unless a majority of the Republican caucus supports it. This is the majority of the majority rule.

   Boehner has indicated a willingness to dump that rule in the past and many conservatives in the House have expressed the sentiment to dump Boehner if he tries something like that.

   This is grassroots activism at its finest. By making these calls, the Members of Congress will know the people in their district are keeping an eye on them. This will make it easier to stand up to the pressure in Washington, knowing that if they cave, they will be out of a job by 2015.

   For a politician, being out of office is a fate worse than death.

   Right, Perestroika; hitherto he has seemed impervious, but his Achilles Heel was his ineptitude (or MALICE if done with Volition which we can’t put past him) in Benghazi.

   The mainstream news outlets seem to be aghast that they were blindsided by their former, and incestuous, lover.
