The transcript has not been ordered by any other party.  It is approximately 55 pages long.  The rates are as follows:
One-week delivery, $4.85 per page.
Two-week delivery, $4.25 per page.
30-day delivery, $3.65 per page.
Hard copy, additional 90 cents per page.
Copy of transcript if ordered by another party, 90 cents per page.
