I wrote to my prosecutor in Orange County, CA. He is criminally complicit and did not even respond. I wrote to the District attorneys in Los Angeles County, CA and in MS, providing them with the information that personal attorneys for Obama and Democratic Party filed a forged birth certificate for Obama and sought judicial notice of forged IDs. I demanded criminal prosecution for complicity to forgery. I did not get any response from the District Attorneys. Sadly when it comes to top officials like Obama, prosecutors are either intimidated or get some types of incentives and they do not do anything.
I am asking every one of you, please, write to Stan Levko, prosecutor of St. Joseph county IN and sheriff of St. Joseph county and demand prosecution of Obama for his use of a stolen SSN and all forged IDs
You can see the difference between what sheriff in St. Joseph county did in the case of forgery by the Democratic party officials and what we’ve seen with Arpaio.
The sheriff of St. Joseph county filed the criminal complaint with the District Attorney, Stan Levko, and Democratic party officials were prosecuted. That what real sheriffs do. Arpaio went around the country, did press conferences, raised money and never filed the criminal complaint. Incidently today I talked to one of the leaders of the Tea party of Yuba county, CA. she told me that some people from her Tea party met with Arpaio, not only he did not file the criminal complaint, as he was supposed to, he told people that I am doing this for publicity and in order to run for office, even though I am the one who filed the complaints with multiple elections commissions and federal and state courts, while Arpaio who had a duty to file, as a sheriff, never filed anything.
Demand from Arpaio and every sheriff in the country, every DA, AG to do their job and file the criminal complaint against Obama and his accomplices or demand that they resign from their positions for dereliction of duties. This is the most egregious crime in the U.s. history. It was not criminally prosecuted yet, as Watergate was prosecuted, because during Watergate there were some decent judges, prosecutors, congressmen. Today we have such enormous corruption at the top that we can’t find one person with integrity of character and honesty anywhere.
Interestingly enough, at the end of the hearing Judge England said: I am dismissing the case. Now you will probably say that another judge is corrupt. If following the law makes me corrupt,so be it.
I could not respond, he did not allow me to respond. However, following the law did not make him corrupt. Not following the law, manipulating the law, lying about the facts of the case, allowing Eric Holder and his underlings to defraud the U.S. Congress, defrauding the whole nation, that what makes him corrupt. He stated that an e-mail is not sufficient evidence. He did not allow me to respond, however this case had much more than an e-mail. This case contained nearly 200 pages of sworn affidavits of top law enforcement officials and experts that Judge England simply buried and swept under the rug in order to allow Obama to usurp the U.S. Presidency with forged IDs. Lying about the evidence in the case makes a judge corrupt.
He had in front of him affidavits showing that the Department of Justice: Eric Holder and his underlings, US attorneys, committed the most egregious fraud, they filed a motion to dismiss on behalf of the U.S. Congress and electoral college without providing the members of the U.S. Congress and the Electoral College any of the pleadings and without any consent from their alleged clients. They acted against the wishes of their “clients”. Judge England pulled a cheap trick. He delayed the hearing of the motion to recuse the Department of Justice until after hearing their motion to dismiss even though he knew that their motion to dismiss had to be stricken and they had to be recused as they did not represent anyone. Stunts like these make a judge corrupt. Stunts like these deprive parties and the nation as the whole of their civil rights, of honest services under the law. Stunts like these by a judge turn a Constitutional republic into a tyranny and a banana republic. How are his actions any better than action of judges in dictatorships of Iran, China, Soviet Union or Nazi Germany? It is not any better, he simply acted with utter dishonesty, manipulated the law and the facts and defacto committed treason by being complicit in the cover up of the usurpation of the U.S. Presidency. The whole nation watched this scheme, this performance by the Attorney Generals, their underlings and judiciary. The whole military watched it.

Isn’t it against the law to falsely represent somebody in a lawsuit? In the case of DOJ impersonating as council for congress, have all the DOJ attorneys involved with this case (including Eric Holder) risked their licenses to practice law?

Well i think its time to end the whole issue, you have been all the way to the Supreme Court on hid eligibility and denied to be heard. To continue asking for donations and working to the bone is pointless. Nobody cares in aposition that is high enough to do anything, and the one group who could arrest, the military , sits around and watches.
I am retired law enforcement and believe in the case, i also hsve said from day with the evidence Arpiao should go to grand jury and nothing.
My prediction is no election in 2016 and there will be war in the streets…..sad but thats where we are headed

How hard would have it have been for Obama to send out an “executive shut up or else” memo to all the state’s attotney generals with instructions to make sure nothing happens in their districts or their career is over, or worse. You can take the thug out of Chicago, but you cant get the Chicago out of a thug. Obama seems like he could take someone out of ear range and wisper “yuo wanna live”? and walk away smiling, and waving to the crowd.

Well…if you’re a retired law enforcement person, why not get all the law enforcement in the U.S. (along with anyone else who might be a sheriff), hunter, the NRA membership, and others and let’s give it a try? Don’t give up! How is it that a law enforcement man could give up? That’s disgraceful!!!
Did the founders give up (under some very tough circumstances, like weather, poor weapons, not enough of most everything they needed? NO! They got pissed off and decided to fight for freedom! Unless you’re God, Himself, you don’t know what is going to happen. So posting a defeatist attitude is NOT the answer! Man, I thought I’d never read this from a former cop!

Sheriff Arpaio says he is the toughest sheriff in America (U. S. A.). Maybe he should change that slogan to “the toughest wimp sheriff in U.S.A.” since he has the goods on
what’s his name but does nothing about it when it is in his power to act. Is this an abuse of power, dereliction of duty? Grounds for
removal? Just my thoughts which I can still express.

Yeah ok Davey…..it’s not a defeatist attitude it is being realistic. I don’t like it one bit but no one is going to listen,what’s your solution? Voting…yeah good luck look how that turned out….ummm how did all those supposed A+ NRA senators vote on the gun bill, and republicans none the less..oh but the NRA said we should back them…lol. The voting system is corrupt and broken, no I’d required to vote, forged signatures…etc.
Oh yeah and what exactly am I supposed to be gathering hunters, NRA and fellow law enforcement for, and giving a try?. The US military the strongest force in the world continues to allow themselves to be controlled by an imposter , and I’m the wuss….yeah ok.
Also let me ask you a question exactly which one of these tough Sheriffs whose county borders Mexico is doing anything proactive to stem the invasion from mexico…hmm don’t see it. If I were them start deputizing ex military and law enforcement and send them to secure the border since our govt won’t…but you don’t see that happening now do you.

What if O tries to go for a 3rd term and does it against the will of the PEOPLE? Then what? How do you think Dr Orly feels after reading a post like yours? Hey, son, just go and apply for your “servitude” now, cause no Patriot is going to want to hear your supposed “death knell”!

@ Davey…..once again if you read my first post i agree 100% that our beloved leader Maobama is a fraud.
I do not discredit a thing Orly is doing, she is doing what is in her means.
You make alot of generalizations about me and you know nothing about me. I have sent in money for different causes listed and have got no return for my hard earned dollar. So lets just say this now my money goes to making sure i have food, water, and ammo. I can live in the woods as well as the next person and if thats where i end up so be it.
I am not here to create dissention in whatever the ranks are. Once again dispute my facts. We have the strongest military in the world and they sit by like sheep as a fraud runs the country, and your pissed off at me. I am ex military and it disgusts me that i served with the result is this crap, and on top of it our useless military stands idol.
Just remember the President is top of the military chain of command. Maybe the military should march in and charge him for Treason…but we sure dont see that.

I am really, really distraught at the two of
you not coming to an understanding about what each of you views as the way to bring Obama \

throats, albeit through cyberspace, which makes it all the more bizarre.

(you and I have been on the same wave length many times in the past, but I am really wanting to sit you down with a cup of cocoa and tell you to ease up on assuming so many erroneous things about people you don’t know.)
It is so true that the military in ranks have done nothing, and that is in large part because they need orders from their commanding officers. The problem is that commanding officers ( and I was married to one, a major in Flight Squadron way back) cannot do anything these days because they fear loss of their careers and pensions. They don’t ‘get it’ that that and more will be gone if they don’t rise up en masse and do what has to be done w/o the impostor tolling the death bell on them. The inmpostor legally does not have the right to block any military uprising against him, since he is a domestic terrorist. This is proven over and over and over and over.
Now as to the retired colones, generals, naval commanders, they say a lot, write a lot, but I don’t see any action. What does it take to get them organized and on “active duty” to take this usurper out of the White House in handcuffs? What do they fear? Death? are they old and senile and comfortable in their retired Sun City AZ condos? I don’t get it.
It brings a spark of hope to read their letters, see that a number of them were at the Sacrament kangaroo court, but what did they accomplish? No one knows. Silence is deafening.
If they were really organized, they would have stood up, en masse, called the so-called judge to task, politely and diplomatically, said the evidence is enough to warrant a warrant for Obama’s arrest, and went for it. I doubt anyone would have shot them dead on the steps of the White House. Was Obama there, or was he off playing golf? If he is as wily as we know he can be, he was out of the area of capture, on the day of the hearing.
The Petition to Congress is a real-eye opener re: the thoughts of the American people. They are FED UP and want this madman out of D.C. yesterday. .. months ago… 4 years ago.
I do not see them backing down when and if they are ever organized for a revolution. But they are only citizens, moms and dads, some with military experience, but no leader. They need a LEADER.
What is so hard to understand about that? It can be done. We have internet, emails, telephones, and a million or more very discontented Americans who want justice done NOW .. before Obama has his own SS (Nazi) Gestapo in place. He is working on it. He does not rest and will not rest until he has
an army to match Genghis Khan. This person is not only a Muslim but a Madman. Put those two elements together, and you have the demise of this country… within a year.
No time in the history of this country have we ever had an overthrow of our freedoms as we have now occurring. BUT we have the Constitution and no matter what this madman says or does, it is in concrete. He is trying in all ways possible, to have it negated. Americans need to act whether he does this or not. Since the law enforcement has gone AWOL, the military, before they become castrated, is our 2nd hope for a coup d’etat.
Meanwhile, Davey, please lay off the attacks on our friends. They feel as helpless as you do. When you are ONE person standing alone, there is no optimism. When there are millions, there is a solution.
