Dear Mr. Peyton:

 

Thank you for contacting me about the citizenship requirements for the office of President of the United States. I appreciate knowing your views on this issue.

 

As you may know, Section 1 of Article Two of the United States Constitution sets forth the eligibility requirements for serving as President of the United States: “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.”

 

Again, thank you for sharing your thoughts on this very important matter. Please feel free to contact me on this or any other issue of concern.

    That is a pathetic BS response. I believe John McCain has become Obama’s chief _ _ _ kisser now that Lugar got voted out. Considering the weak presidential run where McCain essentially did not challenge anything about Obama or his fraudulant past and his eagerness to be Obama’s boy on immigration and gun control what else can one reasonably deduce. A former war hero reduced to this. How sad.

    must be a standard answer as I received the same answer fro my penn. snnators and congressman .nothing but a bunch of lies and the sad part is they are not going to uphold the constitution they swore an oat to do just that. they are all both reps and dems worthless as far as I am concerned.

    I really believe that McCain was intended to lose the election. Sarah Palin was chosen as an unknown, and being a woman was thought to be a turnoff to men.When she proved to be so popular, the McCain people shut her up. They did not allow her to speak with reporters or appear on O’Reilly, etc.
    McCain is one of the “elite and world bankers” spoken of by David Rockefeller in 1991, when he thanked the NY Times, the Washington Post and other media for “keeping silent for over forty years” about their plans for a new world order.

    My senator didn’t have the decency to even write back, I doubt he reads any of his emails. They are all crooks and need to be removed from office.

    This is a form letter that McCain sends out to everyone that asks him to investigate Obama’s eligibility.

    I have receive TWO responses from McCain – both were this exact letter.

    McCain is a coward, he will do nothing to uphold the Constitution. I have written to McCain telling him to resign as he is a disgrace to the country. I encourage others to do the same.
