The rules of service has been and will be used not to assure that an individual is properly served but conversely to prevent service. We are seeing consistent actions by a corrupt legal system that does not want to address difficult cases that affects the privileged ruling class.

Orly: I’m wondering…if these judges don’t do their job…can you/we file complaints against them, at their local Bar Association?

And is there a system set up, so these judges have to go before a panel of legal peers, to answer questions on their performance?

And if so, what does it take to get them relieved of their judicial duties?

I have a proposition, since Obama is so “gun control”, I want to see him buy a gun. Not for the purpose of being armed, but for the background check. I want to know if he can pass it. Apparently he passed it to get his present job, they did run a check on him, didn’t they? I have another proposition, all people running for office have to take a drug test, and an IQ exam.

the bar association do not review the complaints against judges. Ususally it is done by the judicial committees for state judges and Congress can impeach and remove federal judges

    Google Jail4judges.
And I have a question about grand juries?
As our last line of defense against a tyrannical government, where are the grand juries? It seems that judges don’t care to hear the facts, maybe a grand jury might.

Joe, the Democrat establishment knew exactly what they were up against during the vetting process of Soebarkah. That is when the command decision was made to run him thru the process regardless of all the many problems he had regardingi eligibility. As we saw right out of the chute, they had to change the wording of the certification of nomination forms that came from Denver in 2008 at the Convention. Instead of the normal language of “duly certified under the Constitution” his form was altered to read “duly selected!” That started the vast Conspiracy and we’ve seen nothing but a massive cover up since. It will take a couple Super Max prisons to hold all those involved!

Orly: I see…who in Congress would I and others contact, to begin this procedure? What group? person?

And…is Judge England a federal Judge? what about Judge Land? And the others, were they all federal judges?
