It is imperative for Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz to comply with my subpoenas now and respond asap. an article in Wonkette started attacks on them already, calling them anchor babies.
Now is the time for the GOP to wake up and respond to my subpoenas and advise, whether the Justice Department notified them of all the evidence of forgery in Obama’s IDs. were they notified before the confirmed Obama on January 4th.
If Holder Justice department defrauded the court and the congress and hidden all the evidence and submitted opposition to motion fore injunction without notifying the Congress, which is a defendant, then not only Obama is gone, Holder is gone as well.
GOP needs to act asap.

The GOP has had SIX years to “act”! It’s naive to think that they would do so now. The GOP is in thrall to the CFR and Bilderbergers for one thing, and for another; the GOP wants to run AT LEAST TWO INELIGIBLE candidates for POTUS and vice-POTUS. Rubioi and Cruz have NO MORE eligibility than does akaObama!

Leo Donofrio talked about Rubio’s ineligibility and tried to get him to publicly state that he is ineligible, but he would not. He’s not going to help us remove 0bama because he himself hopes to be a usurper someday.

I give you a lot of Credit Orly. I have been calling Every possible Congressman, Senator,FBI, State Police,Sheriffs,Dept of Labor, Social Security, Washing DC Police, etc etc etc etc.

I’m sure Cruz is more Constitutionally American than aka BHO, but he was born to ONE American citizen parent. This renders him as ineligible as aka BHO. Rubio was 4 years old before his parents became legal citizens of the USA. This also renders him ineligible to run as potus as well. Plus Rubio voted for Brennen after supporting Rand Paul in the filibuster against Brennen, that makes him a hypocrite. We need to arrest the usurper in OUR white house and not allow another UnConstitutionally ineligible usurper in as potus again. We don’t need to repeat the same mistake.

Think of the dilemma you are suggesting. Obama is not NBC plus his instruments of eligibility are all forged and he has no social security number of his own, yet he is totally protected by the media and the democrats.
Are you saying that Rubio and Cruz should not stand tall and defend the fact both of these patriots have instruments of eligibility that are authentic and not forged like Obama’s while the media now begins to attack these patriots as not NBC and at the same time keep on protecting Obama???
These 2 men must, if they expect to distinguish themselves from the criminality of Obama, speak up now and do so loudly.
The final answer about NBC eligibility status of all 3 can only be determined by SCOTUS.

For years I’ve been warning folks that a Republican (who will be another non-natural born citizen) will be the next president to be “elected” and that will mark the end of the natural born citizen clause via mutual consent of both major parties and, very soon therafter, the entire U.S. Constitution will be rendered null and void. TRUE. This is the only reason the GOP has ignored Obama’s ineligibility. They don’t want to address Obama’s lack of NBC status, because they’ve wanted to run their own candidate(s) that also lack NBC status. What this means, of course, is that, just like the Dems, the Repubs don’t give a hoot about the Constitution and how potentially damaging it is to the country to have a non-NBC prez in the WH. They only care about their political party and careers.

Neither Rubio nor Cruz have announced their candidacy for 2016, but already a chorous of voices are denouncing them as ineligibles. I know that Rubio’s parents became citizens 4 years after his birth, as far as Cruz, I do not know if his father was a citizen when he was born. In any case, I hope that those in the Republican Party that are already ostrizicing these gentlemen, had the gumption to have done the same when Barry Soetoro, after proclaiming in 2004 at the DNC that his father was a kenyan, and when he ran in 2007, that they also tried to stop his illegal usurpation of the presidency.
Try not to make it sound like an anti-hispanic creusade, otherwise the Republican Party would even lose the 30 % that voted for Romney in the last election. I agree, if Cruz and Rubio are not ‘natuaral born citizens’, as specified in the Constitution, and further clarified by SCOTUS in Minor v Happersett in 1875, that they should not even think of running, and furthering with that action, the deterioration and respect of our Constitution.

When would the present SCOTUS clarify, or overturned the 1875 decision of their preceeding SCOTUS colleagues, in which the Court in the case of Minor v Happersett declared that a ‘natural born citizen ‘is one in which both parents were also US citizens ?
If the Constitution did specified natural born citizen as a prerequisite to be president, and a Court decision that has not been overturned in 137 years, and in which it further clarified the meaning of NBC, why is the Congress and the present SCOTUS permitted, when already in 2004, BHO proclaimed with pride in his voice, that his father was a British subject, born in Kenya, that he was aspire to the presidency in 2008 or in 2012 ?

It is very interesting to me that the Founding Fathers explicitly worded the Constitution in Article III,Section 2 that “The judicial power shall extend to all cases in law and equity UNDER this Constitution, the LAWS of the United States,…..” . I can construe this writing and phrasing as the Founders saying that the SC alone does not have power OVER what the Founders adopted to guide the Nation i.e. the Constitution. As such the issue/matter of ‘natural born citizen, requirement for POTUSA if not accepted as bedded in the history and writings of the Founders will need Constitutional clarification not SC clarification. I believe the Founders believed any changes to the Constitution was left to Congress and the States. However, as for me I will only accept that the Founders intended eligibility for POTUSA to be birth to two citizen parents with complete allegiance to the USA Constitution.
