Bloomberg Study: E-Verify frees up jobs for Legal Workers
A new study conducted by Senior Quantitative Analyst Jason Arvelo with Bloomberg Government has found that there is evidence to support E-Verify’s ability to deter the hiring of unauthorized workers. The study evaluates the impact that state-passed E-Verify laws had on different industries within those states.

Here is the lame response I received from John McCain regarding the Petition :
I emailed him again and told him I learned the requirement in the third grade. He has thus far refused to answer the eligibility of Obama, the SSN, Natural born status, Selective Service Registration , forged birth certificate etc.
McCain is a coward.
His email to me below:
Dear Mr. *******:
Thank you for contacting me about the citizenship requirements for the office of President of the United States. I appreciate knowing your views on this issue.
As you may know, Section 1 of Article Two of the United States Constitution sets forth the eligibility requirements for serving as President of the United States: “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.”
Again, thank you for sharing your thoughts on this very important matter. Please feel free to contact me on this or any other issue of concern.
Sincerely,
John McCain
United States Senator

Here’s my response to same e-mail.
Dear Senator McCain,
Besides being born on US soil of 2 US citizens, who are either NBC or naturalized citizens, I believe our US President should not use a stolen SS card, thereby not passing e-verify, nor should he have a fraudulent Selective Service form. Both the legislative and judicial bodies of the US government have failed miserably in safeguarding our Constitutional Republic.
New topic – Any person over the age of 20 – 25 knows that the 11M figure for illegal aliens in our country has been bandied about for 10 years or more. Let’s acknowledge that the figure is closer to 30M minimum. So once you initiate amnesty for these, you must accept the fact of chain immigration so as not to “separate” families… What multiplier would be reasonable to expect. 5x30M = almost half our present population. Bump it to 10 and you will have doubled our population. There are far too many people in government and those liberals in academia and the MSM who are diligently guiding the destruction of our sovereign land. Neither the Republican Party nor the Democratic lacks some of these same among their membership.
Sincerely,
jcf 🙁

110th CONGRESS
2d Session
S. RES. 511
Recognizing that John Sidney McCain, III, is a natural born citizen.
IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES
April 10, 2008
Mrs. MCCASKILL (for herself, Mr. LEAHY, Mr. OBAMA, Mr. COBURN, Mrs. CLINTON, and Mr. WEBB) submitted the following resolution; which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary
April 24, 2008
Reported by Mr. LEAHY, without amendment
April 30, 2008
Considered and agreed to
——————————————————————————–
RESOLUTION
Recognizing that John Sidney McCain, III, is a natural born citizen.
Whereas the Constitution of the United States requires that, to be eligible for the Office of the President, a person must be a `natural born Citizen’ of the United States;
Whereas the term `natural born Citizen’, as that term appears in Article II, Section 1, is not defined in the Constitution of the United States;
Whereas there is no evidence of the intention of the Framers or any Congress to limit the constitutional rights of children born to Americans serving in the military nor to prevent those children from serving as their country’s President;
Whereas such limitations would be inconsistent with the purpose and intent of the `natural born Citizen’ clause of the Constitution of the United States, as evidenced by the First Congress’s own statute defining the term `natural born Citizen’;
Whereas the well-being of all citizens of the United States is preserved and enhanced by the men and women who are assigned to serve our country outside of our national borders;
Whereas previous presidential candidates were born outside of the United States of America and were understood to be eligible to be President; and
Whereas John Sidney McCain, III, was born to American citizens on an American military base in the Panama Canal Zone in 1936: Now, therefore, be it
Resolved, That John Sidney McCain, III, is a `natural born Citizen’ under Article II, Section 1, of the Constitution of the United States.

@ Scott
If you ever decide to respond back to Sen. McCain’s extremely lame response by just repeating the constitutional requirements to be president, inform him to look up SCOTUS case Minor vs. Happersett.
During this case the SCOTUS observed that: new citizens may be born or they may be created by naturalization and that the Constitution does not, in words, say who shall be natural-born citizens. Under the common law, according to the court, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners.
They made this decision in 1875 and it has yet to be reversed. Although it is currently being ignored.

Yoel,
Those names who submitted the resolution, including the “O”, are on paper to be integral part of the usurpation.
All attention was on Sarah Palin. Why is she silent?

I once admired Sarah Palin, but as time has passed, and she has done NOTHING, with her prominence, popularity,political contacts, and knowledge, to help those who are fighting to defend our Constitution, but instead, has seemed to me, to work only toward furthering her own career. It is so sad, that someone who could really help expose Obama has CHOSEN not to do so, or help in any way, even when she was a contributor on FOX, where all she had to do is say “he is using a stolen SSN that fails e-Verify. He is a felon, guilty of Identity Theft, and as a felon, has no legal right to be POTUS”.
