    I suspect not siblings. IF there is a relationship, it is more likely to be cousins or uncle/nephew. I found a Sonoma, CA birth record for a Scott Jared Tepper w/ date of birth Aug 11, 1945. David Tepper was born near Pittsburg, PA 9/11/57 to Harry and Roberta Tepper. I’ll keep digging to see if there is a relationship. Keep up the good work. We are praying for you. TRR

    They are not related. I knew Scott from Ucla and Harvard…..Dad was a dentist in LA.
