    Dear Attorney Taitz,

    Here is a quote from Hawaiian Laws, which explains why Obam will not release his original vital records (in the plural): it seems that HI by law has decided not to stand by the information in late or amended records, but leaves this authentication or verification to which every court or body the amended record is proffered as evidence.

    Therefore his COLB, even if it appears to be what the jpg shows, is not prima facie evidence of anything, according to HI.

    Here is the quote from HI laws:
