Orly, I firmly believe your Kenyan Certified Copy of Registration of [Obama’s] Birth is authentic. MUCH evidence has been found that shows the Bomford CCRB is a hoax. Look at posts 1444 and 1445 on this Free Republic page. The six layers strongly suggest that someone began with a basic South Australian CCRB form and covered specific sections of the form with different text, deriving the information from that posted in the Bomford family’s genealogy page. (Delete spaces so link will work): ht tp :// ww w.freerepublic.com/focus/news/2307402/posts?q=1&;page=1401#1444 For a close-up of the third layer — the one that says “FATHER” — go to this Free Republic post no. 51: ht tp :// ww w.freerepublic.com/focus/news/2307802/posts?page=51#51 The URL for the image itself is at: ht tp :// img.photobucket.com/albums/v60/Finklestink/Fold.jpg See that the word “FATHER” is straight, almost like floating above the fold’s crease in the page, and does NOT get distorted with the crease? That is more evidence that the Bomford CCRB is a hoax. The logical conclusion is that someone, or a team, quickly created, or altered, the Bomford CCRB in order to make it appear to be authentic and thereby make the Kenyan CCRB appear to be fraudulently copied from the Bomford. In fact, the allegedly fraudulent Bomford CCRB makes the Kenyan CCRB appear to be authentic. And is it a coincidence that “the folks at Politjab who found the Bomford template now have found the spoofer”? Are you saying that the formatting of the South Australian birth certificate was identical to the formatting of the Republic of Kenya birth certificate? That’s absurd and impossible.
How can the Bomford certificate be a hoax when it existed in October 2006? That is also absurd and impossible.

Could Barack Obama SR. have been a foreign diplomat or an ambassodor the US? If so, this definitely would exempt Obama good since specific provisions exempt children of foreign diplomats and ambassadors from “Natural Born” citizenship:
From Wiki:
Obama Sr. received a scholarship in economics through a program organized by nationalist leader Tom Mboya. The program offered Western educational opportunities to outstanding Kenyan students. [14] President Obama said of his father’s scholarship, “The Kennedys decided: ‘We’re going to do an airlift. We’re going to go to Africa and start bringing young Africans over to this country and give them scholarships to study so they can learn what a wonderful country America is. This young man named Barack Obama [Sr.] got one of those tickets and came over to this country.'”
In 1959 Mboya organized the Airlift Africa project, together with the African-American Students Foundation in the United States, through which 81 Kenyan students were flown to the U.S. to study at U.S. universities. One of them was Barack Obama’s father. In 1960 the Kennedy brothers joined this project, after Mboya visited them for that purpose, and Airlift Africa was extended to Uganda, Tanganyika and Zanzibar (now Tanzania), Northern Rhodesia (now Zambia), Southern Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe), and Nyasaland (now Malawi). Some 230 African students received scholarships to study at Class I accredited colleges in the United States.
Iit would all depend upon the meaning of the legal term and context of “Diplomat” and “Ambassador”.

Orly,
The individual who claims in believing the Kenyan Birth Cert is real, is he/she an expert in this area? I would not file this BC with any Court and will not post anything re its authenticity, unless and until a reputable expert in this field validated its authenticity.
Additionally, I think your cases get dismissed due to an executive order which allows the non-disclosure of Obama’s personal information and documentation. Without the evidence of Obama’s BC, etc, you don’t have a case.
Good Luck!
your friend

Orly, do you mind if I put this info on here, someone may be able to help this child, this could end up as another waste of life, another murderous Honour Killing.
ORLANDO, Fla. — An Ohio girl ran away to Orlando because she said her family threatened to kill her for converting to Christianity. Rifqa Bary, 17, said she was threatened by her family because she converted from Islam to Christianity.

The arguments against the Bomford fonts are unsound.
First of all, I have amply demonstrated with the help of others at Citizen Wells blog, that there are 2 Bomford BC images, the original from Bomford net. and a modified one, which can be dissasembled in Photoshop Elements, and a third in the negative. The second was uploaded, I believe, by the forger himself, by mistake and inhaste, during the height of the controversy.
As for fonts, that post amply shows that some typewriters had the number 1 but not a zero; but none of them show what typewriters in South Australia have for fonts. I’d expect a colonial holdover, kept in good condition and rarely used, to have some elegant fonts.
The alleged fonts floating over cracks, is false. I have at least 7 times examined these claims in photoshop with the Bomford BC jpg from Bomford Net and in every case there is noticeable distortion. The reason that the distortion is irregular, is that not all the folds are consistent, as with the Kenyan BC; because the Bomford seems to be folded without care; a forger folds with care…
As for those who want to assert the Kenyan BC is not a forgery, you have to explain the inexplainable:
1) E F Lavender, secretary for the Clerks Union in Victoria in 1914, having the same name as the district registrar in Mombasa in 1964.
2) There are to Millers, who work with 2 Lavenders…in British Dominion offices
3) Mombasa was not part of Kenya until 1964, but part of Zanzibar, and as such did not belong to the Kenyan Coast Province or region. You’d have to explain why its being administered by the British as part of the Colony of Kenya, may have caused it to pertain to Kenya after Kenya’s independence in 1963, when Zanzibar had not yet been granted independence or merged with Tanzania.
4) The Kenyan BC has fewer irregularities in its fonts: (I’d bet you find that those fonts are from an American typewritter…) but same exact form as the Australian, when published images of BCs from Kenya, show that in line with the custom of Arabic writing, Kenyan Dominion BCs had the titles to each entry on the LEFT not the RIGHT. Zanzibar’s official language was Arabic and Swahili, I believe, so this tradition should prevail there too.
5) Both Richard Bomford and David Jeffrey Bomford attest to the authenticity of the Bomford BC image, and to its existence before 2007. A reported from ABC australia reported DJs statements, I have a friend who spoke personally with Richard Bomford.
6) Finally, I have another friend that followed Berg’s cases, Leo’s cases and Plains radio, and he says he saw this Kenyan BC image in the same setting on red cloth, more than 6 months ago…on the net; and the Bomford BC was also discussed at that time. I think if you do some detective work you will find that the Bomford looks like the Kenyan, because the Kenyan was made from it, not vice versa: also because it is nearly impossible to dedistort an image to get a flat image; but easy to use a scanned image like the Bomford to make a distorted one. Also the red cloath on the Kenyan, is electronically produced, not real cloth, which makes one thing that the Kenyan BC also does not exist in reality.

Dr. Taitz,
I, for one, am greatly appreciative for your hard work and diligence in this crucial matter facing all Americans. I would only ask that you treat your evidence more clandestinely and form your strategy as one of playing a sport. Meaning, keep your game plan and your information close to your vest as not to allow others to sabotage your evidence or your case before you’re able to get it before a court. Just a friendly suggestion.

I don’t know of anything in photoshop that can take a screenshot and guess what the original layers are. Someone may have confused its slicing function.

Orly, I think you will find this Bomford-Bamford observation particularly interesting. A poster named ‘The South’ at Citizen Wells’s site quoted from a post at rightsideoflife:
[[ Excerpt at bottom of page:
“I’ve found lists of participants at 2 international conferences, one hosted by the UN, in which a Richard Bomford attended with a Richard Bamford email address, as someone working for the Aussie Governent, Regional Unit for the Environment, in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT).
Richard Bomford is listed as the domain holder for Bomford.net where this David Jeffrey Bomford Certification of Registration was found.
The problem is that Richard Bamford was just involved in a massive fraud case adjudicated in Australian on July 10th of this year.
Bamford seems to go by the name Bomford.
Also GIM International lists Richard Bomford as a GIS expert. It is my understanding that GIS information experts have software to produce maps and edit images of such quality, that forging a BC would be child’s play.
. . . ]]

Some Free Republic posters also discussed this Bomford-Bamford issue. The Freeper named ‘pissant’ posted two Australian birth registrations, one from 1992 and the other from 1959 and commented:
[[ It would seem quite odd to me that a REAL 1964 version would look closer to the 2009 template than to the 1959 or 1992 versions. ]]
ht tp:// 209.157.64.200/focus/news/2308435/replies?c=46
When you look at that Free Republic page, you’ll see for yourself that the Australian 1992 birth registration looks much more like the Bomford alleged 1959/1964 hoax than does the authentic Australian 1959 birth registration.

Orly, I recently learned that the alleged hoax ‘Certified Copy of Registration of [Bomford’s] Birth’ and forgeries of your Kenyan original ‘Certified Copy of Registration of [Obama’s] Birth’ both have in some of their headers (visible via certain software) the signature of ‘LEAD Technologies Inc.’. In some instances, that signature may be missing and the header may say ‘Photoshop 3.0

Sorry, Orly, a technical glitch in my previous comment (11680) cut it off in the middle. This is my full comment:
Orly, I recently learned that the alleged hoax ‘Certified Copy of Registration of [Bomford’s] Birth’ and forgeries of your Kenyan original ‘Certified Copy of Registration of [Obama’s] Birth’ both have in some of their headers (visible via certain software) the signature of ‘LEAD Technologies Inc.’. In some instances, that signature may be missing and the header may say ‘Photoshop 3.0 8BIM’ (or similar) instead. Did an Obot catch his/her goof and delete the ‘LEAD Technologies’ signatures in subsequent copies?
Did the SAME Obots craft both the Kenyan and Australian alleged forgeries . . . to cast doubts on your Kenyan original?
To read more about it and see actual examples, including a screen shot of a ‘LEAD Technologies’ header, please read this explication by DefendUSx at
