   Dr. Taitz: Thank you for your fight for truth! Based upon your recent appearance before the Calif. Judge, make sure you raise the US Supreme Court Decision regarding who a natural born citizen is as defined by Justice Gray in MINOR v. HAPPERSETT. Justice Gray’s discussion in the “Minor” case, it was explained that a nbc [natural born citizen] was a person born in the US to parents who were citizens… and in MINOR the court stated that persons born in the US to foreign parents were the subject of controversy.

   Dr. Orly, I found this news story today about a Boston church giving a convicted terrorist an award. You heard that right. An award. Sick in the head. Anyway, the judge in the case seems like he has his priorities in order. I’ll copy and paste the quote for the name of the judge and the name of the criminal.

   Since you all on the supreme court are citizens of the united states, I ask as a citizen can you look at the data Orly presents in the hearing of the Obama challenge Noonan et al v Bowen (Bowen is the Secretary of State of California)?

   Can you make a ruling now today Jan 7, 2013 before the oath of office?

   Will you please expedite the hearing?

   If not, can you let us know why the data has no merit?

   As a citizen of the united states, I don’t think we have justice anymore. For some and not for others..

   I went to a hearing on Jan 3rd, (took off from work and traveled a total of 226 miles) which seemed to show that a person who has the fidiciary duty to uphold the law actually violated the law with their conduct.

   Can you all on the supreme court as a citizen of the unitied states look at the urgent demand for verification and help american citizens at least get sworn affidavit data by other american citizens to be reviewed at least once by your eyes?

   If you are not able to review the data as noted below or in the 13 plus pending court cases which try to address greiveances of incongruent data to show how a person could plausibly get elected with possible failures in checks and balances, please let me know why either you chose not to do so or the reason unable to do so. I request as an american citizen.

   THE SUPREME COURT DOES NOT CARE IF HE IS ELIGIBLE OR NOT. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT OUR CONSTITUTION. I WOULD NOT BE AFRAID TO BET YOU THAT MOST OF THEM DO NOT EVEN KNOW THE CONSTITUTION ESPECIALLY JUDGE ENGLAND. HE EITHER DOES NOT KNOW OR HE DOES NOT CARE. ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT ONE DAY JUSTICE WILL BE SERVED ON THESE CORRUPT JUDGES AND CORRUPT ADMINISTRATION.

    Doesn’t “WHAT’S HIS NAME” know that “EVERYTHING THAT GOES AROUND, COMES AROUND”? I think he does and he is worried stiff, about the “COMES AROUND”, that Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. is gallantly pushing around with all of her “SOLID, BONA FIDE, AND UNREFUTED EVIDENCE”.

    Come on all you “PRESIDENTIAL ELECTORS”, let’s quite delaying “WHAT’S HIS NAME’S” “COMES AROUND”.

    Sooner or later it “COMES AROUND”, and wouldn’t you “PRESIDENTIAL ELECTORS” prefer being on the legally correct side of this “ELIGILBITY ISSUE”, when it does “COMES AROUND”. I know, I would.

    Remember “HISORY BOOKS” have very good memories, so how do you “PRESIDENTIAL ELECTORS” want to be remember in “HISTORY BOOK”, for the way you voted in January of 2013?

    Only suggest getting the US Supreme Court
    Minor case on the record was for any
    appeal you might want to file. By getting
    it on the record now, it would help with
    an appeal.

    I agree this Judge doesn’t give a flip
    about anything!

    Why hasn’t Mr. Obama sued Dr. Taitz for defamation of character as she suggested? Can it be because the media might be forced to finally publicize the obvious facts?
