This is brilliant! Under federal statutes, the US Attorney’s Office can be the designated agent for service of process on a President but cannot represent the President if he’s being sued as an individual. The USC provides that, once service is effected on the US Attorney, they have a duty to forward all documents to Obama but cannot defend him. I am sure that you have thoroughly researched this and will be prepared to supplement your written arguments with a few surprises of your own, including sanctions for wasting taxpayers’ money. You are a taxpayer so you have standing to ask for sanctions on our behalf!!!

I sure hope this trial succeeds in bringing down the Usurper in Office. I am so tired of seeing our rights go down the tubes ever since he has been in office. I can’t wait to see Obummer in an orange jumpsuit.

As a thought, it just dawned on me that in a strange way this is could even be QUI TAM in approach. Just a thought and if the percentage of moneys involved holds you would get a percentage of that. Particularly when it comes to any corporations such as GE that have gotten a contract from a person who knew he was not qualified to make such a decision.
just a thought
