Law office of Dr. Orly Taitz

Plaintiff in Grinols et al v Electoral College et al were given 1 week to submit all the documents for the TRO (Temporary restraining order )staying the certification of   the election. This one week will be extremely important and I need assistance of the public.

Part of the documents requested, is a notification to defendants and asking them if they will stipulate to TRO, meaning if they will agree. It is safe to believe that the electors, who are Democrats will not stipulate, however Republican electors will stipulate, will agree that Obama’s certification should  I will be notifying the defendants through the Attorney Generals   of the States but I need help from the public to reach each and every elector and have him/ her sign the STIPULATION to  TRO

I received a copy of the complaint (30 pages) and exhibits (107 pages) Grinols  et al v Electoral College et al. 2:12-cv-02997-MCE-DAD U.S. District Court Eastern District of California

I received a copy of the docket of the case with an order by Judge on duty Kimberly Mueller giving plaintiffs  one week to submit TRO (Temporary Restraining Order)

I understand that Plaintiffs are seeking Declaratory Relief deeming  Barack Obama, aka Barack Soetoro aka Barack Soebarkah ineligible to the U.S. Presidency due to his use of a Connecticut Social Security number 042-68-4425, which was never assigned to him according to E-Verify and SSNVS, due to evidence of forgery in his alleged copy of his alleged birth certificate and due to evidence of forgery in his alleged copy of his alleged selective service certificate  application and his use of a name not legally his. I understand that Plaintiffs are seeking injunctive relief, prohibiting Barack Obama from being certified as a winner of the Presidential election for the same reasons. I understand that I may be charged with TREASON AND COMPLICITY TO FORGERY, FRAUD AND CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT FORGERY AND FRAUD if I certify the results of the 2012 election prior to adjudication by presiding judge, Chief Judge of the Eastern District of California, U.S. District Judge Morrison C. England,  of Obama’s legitimacy for the U.S. Presidency. Dr Orly really needs your help, to stop the (55) electoral college votes, until they have a chance to actually count all the votes, including those 1.5 million votes that were NOT included in the count!

   The Washington State electoral college members are listed as follows

   The 12 electors submitted by the state Democratic Party are:

   1st District: Grifynn Clay of Snohomish;

   2nd District: Dave Gossett of Mountlake Terrace;

    Personally I am on neither side of this debate but those of you who are clearly behind Orly, now have a chance to support her work. While “birthers” have a myriad of opinions, you all seem to have a great deal of trouble “working together”. If you believe in the work Orly is doing, then back her up. She’s been flying all over the U.S. to courts all over the country on her own dime. Dig into your pockets and help her if you believe her position is valid. Rooting her on is sweet but it doesn’t cover the cost of airlines, postage or cell phones. It’s just too comfortable for everyone that agrees with her to sit back with a glass of fine wine rooting her on while she’s doing all the work. If you believe in her and you stand to benefit if she’s right and if she wins – then put your money where your mouths are.

    It looks like every judge has an unlimited cache of weapons and reasons they can use to usurp justice or to destroy any attempt by birthers to enjoy our day in court and allow a jury to decide our fate instead of judeges who are afraid of what could happen if Orly prevails. Besides giving, how can non californians help? How can civil minded judges who are given as much evidence as Orly has to present keep finding excuses to deny her the priviledge of presenting it to the world? Ans. There aren’t any . I am so proud of you.

    The one question that these Judges dont resolve is the key issue. They evade the subject matter, ignore the subject matter, and go to extreme lengths to ignore precedent, so they dont get a bad name for convicting a sitting PoTUS.

    They impeached Clinton before Judges would hold him accountable. We need a special investigator.

    Click on the name of your state and you will find a list. I copied Dr. Taitz’s form and pasted it on the email that I sent to each of Washington State electors. On the subject line, I put Stipulation to TRO; then I addressed the email to the individual and said to each:

    Dear ____,

    As you were notified of the Temporary restraining order by Attorney General for the State of (State)____, (AG’s name)_____, please complete and sign the following document:

    (Paste form)

    Dr Taitz’s info is already on the form.

    Dr. Taitz’s contact information is available in the form. Since time is so short, it might be eaiser for the electors to fax the signed document.

    I went back today and discovered that the contact information for the electors has been removed from the link I provided. Maybe someone has another link?
