Dr. Taitz,

 

This is to confirm that Judge Reid vacated the hearing on Rule to Show Cause that was set for 11/27/12 at 11:00 on the above cause.  This has been done via a jacket entry that will go on the CCS today and all counsel will receive a copy within the next few days.

 

In addition, please find attached a copy of your (Dr. Taitz) invoice to purchase an audio CD of the 10/22/12 hearing.  This was requested on 10/22/12, picked up and paid for on 10/23/12 by Mr. Swihart.  Thank you.
