Letter to William Sutter regarding Taitz v Astrue

I called supreme Court of the US again. I asked to talk to the office of the Chief clerk William Sutter.

I explained that my case was dismissed in august of the 2012, that the rehearing order and Mandate were issed on August 28, 2012 and that there was an error in the letter from the Supreme Court denyibnf my right to Petition for a writ of Certiorai, when a letter was sent to me stating taht I was out of time in September, when 90 days do not expire until the end of November.

I was told to talk to a clerk by name Jeff Atkins phone 202-479-3263.

Atkins, one of Obama’s operatives responded by flagrantly lying and stating that my case was dismissed in May, even tough the docket clearly shows August. I demanded that he look at the docket that I submitted with the letter. He simply hang up the phone on me.

I called him again and demanded to correct his error or I will be adding him as an additional defendant in RICO action in covering up forgery and Obama’s use of forged IDs and a stolen Social Security number.

I need people to read my letter and write immediately to

3. Chair of the Judiciary committee Congressman Lamar Smith (R) TX

What this clerk, Jeff Atkins, is doing amounts to treason against the U.S., complicity in RICO to cover up forgery in Obama’s IDs and Obama’s use of a stolen SSN

    Is it true that all public employees, whatever
    position of public service, are bonded? That their taking an oath to be fair, honest, impartial and uphold the law of whatever their
    jurisdiction may be. Can you go after them for
    violating terms of bond?
