You’re sticking with the 1.5 million invalid voters argument? I’ve read the CA elections statutes. If you had read the entire statute, and not just some sections, you would see your argument is incorrect. Why waste taxpayer money with false claims?

The window to sue is way past due. The court will dismiss your lawsuit. Dumb bitch! Someone should tie you up to a stake like a witch bitch!

you have misinterpreted the law re validity of voters. please drop this as we have limited resources in California and you are wasting them with this poorly researched argument.

Moreover, why is Emken the Defendant, even if there are fraudulent voters? What action did she or any other candidate undertake that makes her liable?

Arney Beckett,
If you are going to come on this WEB-SITE and state that there is an Election Code Statue that can make can turn what appears to be more than 1.5 million ILLEGAL VOTERS”, into LEGAL VOTERS”, the very least you could do is post that STATUE, and point a where it does what you say.
Were just “LAZY” in not POSTING that STATUE, or are you a very “DISHONEST SNEAKY LOW CLASS POSTER”?
You are either one or the other. WHICH IS IT?
Are you a “DISHONEST SNEAKY LOW CLASS POSTER” or are you “LAZY”?

they are defendants only in the sense that the stay will affect their rights, so they have to be put on notice
