Very highly ranked Topix.com (has a 100 times more readers than World Net Daily) is now posting: Joe Arpaio is balking at his chance to present his evidence against Obama at trial

According to the most reliable Ranking.com  Topix.com(ranked 192, 1 being the highest) has similar number of readers as Drudge.com, it is ranked a 100 times higher than WND.com (World Net Daily) which heavily advertised pleas for donations for Arpaio and Cold case Posse. Topix.com is running an article that Arpaio has a chance to present his evidence against Obama, but is refusing to testify. A huge number of people are reading this article and wondering, why is he refusing to testify and missing on what maybe his only chance to do anything before the election?
