some strange things keep happening
I send 3 times to the service of process professional company my Motion to compel Arpaio to testify. I used Fed Ex and paid top fee for next morning delivery.
Yesterday I sent 9 pages: complaint, exhibit, cover page, summons for Arpaio and Zullo and a check. I sent it by 6 pm. When the service got it, cover page and check were not in the package. I had to Fedex those for the third time. This is getting really crazy. Before I had problems with Certified mail not getting to courts. Now things are missing from the FedEx sealed package.
Even without Arpaio, Zullo and Sampson we have a strong case with 7 witnesses testifying. If the judge has the strength of character, she should give us the judgment even without Arpaio , Zullo and Sampson.
We’ll have to see.

Unless you forgot to include it in the package, I must say, this is getting weirder and weirder by the moment. I just finished listening to Sampson and Orly on Peter’s show, he really does need to testify because it does look suspicious that he’s in some type of collusion with Arpio, something is going on, the million dollar question is “what?”.

Boy, do I identify with your mailing difficulty. I’ve had this happen to me so often, that I have had to contact one of my senators and it stopped the nonsense! I even had one of the postal people steal a check from an envelope I sent to an attorney ! And the attorney wanted to know why I hadn’t paid! Had to explain to him that I ALREADY SENT THE CHECK! So he did some digging and got his check!

Every post office has a “Postmaster” who has the authority to hold for “inspection” any item transversing their post office. Likewise federal law enforcement can “inspect” private shipments under the auspices of illegal drug or terror prevention.
Many times they do not even attempt to hide their “review” of personal mail. They will slit the top of the envelope and tape it back shut after a look see.
There’s no doubt Obama and company have allies in these departments; That would explain your “misfortunes” of shipping.

What I find hilarious is even if the judge grants you what you want, it will be quickly overturned in appeal. It is like you think that a Superior Court Judge has the power to remove someone from a ballot or to disenfranchise voters by not counting their votes because President Obama’s name is already on their ballot.
If you think a positive ruling is going to make a difference, you are wrong. Indiana is already going to Mitt Romney this year. You should have tried to get the president’s name removed from a blue state.

If you want HIGHER GASOLINE PRICES VOTE FOR Barrack Hussein Obama.
Give Barrack Hussein Obama another four years and he could possible get GASOLINE PRICES over $@0.00.
Just give him the chance to reach $20.00, I’m sure he can do it.

positive ruling in Indiana will be a precedent for 49 other states

This is no coincidence, Orly.
What do Arpaio, Obama and Zullo have in common?
They ALL want to avoid having to testify in your court cases. They are ALL avoiding service. They all pretend they have something better to do.
A, O & Z are in de facto collusion to avoid YOU at all costs. They cannot handle your questions, and they cannot deal with your evidence. Rather than deal with you, they avoid you. They run away. Fast.
We are not remotely surprised that these ‘coincidences’ are occurring, faster and more often as E-day approaches.
We understand why Obama avoids you. What remains hard to swallow is why A & Z avoid you. Do they have something to hide?
Where there’s smoke there’s Arpaio, blowing it. Truly disappointing.

Kerry is too generous.
Arpaio is highly involved in state and national Republican politics, and often addresses conventions in the Lower 48.
We smelled a rat when, after holding his February press conference, Arpaio just sat on his hands. He did NOT file a case for prosecution. He did NOT refer his information to the State Attorney-General for further investigation.
Arpaio did NOT file his material with Rep Darrell Issa for investigation in the Congress. (Issa is Chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee.)
In fact, Arpaio and Zullo did precisely NOTHING with their findings — except raise $7 million. None of which they shared with Orly. Who is going broke self-financing her dozens of court cases.
Kerry seems to think that Arpaio is a naive hick Sheriff. He is anything but. He has worked at the national level for years.
When Arpaio REFUSES to testify in any of Orly’s cases, he is doing so for a reason. What is it? He is either afraid… or something else.

Maybe you should have someone else start your car for you this weekend.
