Sheriff Arpaio and Investigator Zullo were served by both Federal Express and by a professional server of process in Phoenix, who got the docs by FedEx and served them again. They have no defense to contempt of court charge

As American’s Best Christian, I have to say that this is absolutely fabulous news! Getting a process server to serve the witnesses is something I would have never thought of. Apparently, this means that you were able to get an Arizona Court to uphold those subpoenas.

My advice, as if you needed any, is to make sure the judge in Indiana knows their home addresses so that when he/she issues a bench warrant, they will be easy to find.

You and I are a lot alike in the way we think, dress, and shop. Jesus would love you too.

If Sheriff Arpaio, Investigator Zullo, or John N. Sampson don’t show up in Court on October 22nd, in Indiana, the ones that don’t show up in COURT should be found in CONTEMPT of COURT and have WARRANTS issued for their IMMEDIATE ARRESTS.

Nobody is ABOVE the LAW, so lets don’t let them act as if they are.

All three of them know how to read a SUBPOENA, so if they don’t honor their SUBPOENAS, let hope the Judge finds them in CONTEMPT of COURT.
