New line of attack: demand search warrants from Congress, state legislatures and applications for warrants from Sheriffs, to be executed in HI, IL, DC

What not too many people know is that US Congress and State legislatures can issue subpoenas and warrants. (see below)

I am asking for your help in forwarding the transcript of GA proceedings in my case as well as transcript of Arpaio’s press conference to all of your state legislators and US congressmen. Demand that they conduct an emergency hearing on elections fraud committed by Obama and issue subpoenas for Obama, director of health Fuddy, registrar Onaka, commissioner of SSA Astrue, director of selective service Romo. They can and have to issue warrants for search of the Health Department of HI, selective service headquarters in Chicago IL and Social Security offices in DC and MD for forged identification papers of Obama. Those warrants need to be forwarded to the local sheriffs’ offices for execution.

Demand that sheriff Arpaio and sheriff in NJ, who talk about Obama’s forged ID’s, to start acting, put their money where their mouth is. They need to submit to the local judge or magistrate a sworn affidavit with probable case and seek a warrant for search of aforementioned offices and arrests of director of health of HI Fuddy and registrar Onaka for starters. They are criminally complicit in fraud and they are aiding and abetting forgery by creating an impression of legitimacy of Obama’s identification papers by refusing to open the books.  I believe sheriffs might have sufficient probable cause for arrest of Romo and Astrue, as well as Pelosi, who signed altered the certificates of candidacy.

I posted information from Wikipedia in regards to the size of the sheriff’s department in Maricopa county AZ. Arpaio has 763 deputies and 2,735 civilian employees.With 5,498 employees he can definitely find one deputy or a civilian employee to type up a report and an affidavit to be submitted to the DA, a judge or a magistrate, he can assign one person to appear in court on April 16, 2012  in Jackson, MS to testify about forgery in Obama’s identification papers.

Although we know that in our rigged elections mostly corrupt puppets are pronounced by the establishment as winners of elections, and it is hard to find an honest politician or honest judge, still I am hopeful that in the nation of 311 million people, even in this fascist regime with with this unprecedented censorship of media and free speech by the regime, we will be able to find one honest official or one honest  judge to start the ball rolling, to start our liberation from the shackles of this fascist regimeand remove from the White House paperless usurper Obama.

Warrants are usually issued by courts but can also be issued by one of the chambers of the United States Congress or other legislatures (via the call of the house motion) and other political entities.

In the United States, an arrest warrant must be supported by a signed and sworn affidavit showing probable cause that a specific crime(s) has been committed by the individual(s) named in the warrant.

In most jurisdictions, an arrest warrant is required for misdemeanors which usually do not occur within the view of a police officer. However, as long as police have the necessary probable cause, a warrant is usually not needed to arrest someone suspected of a felony.[3] Laws vary from state to state.

The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office is the currently the largest sheriff’s office in Arizona with a total of 763 sworn officers and 2,735 civilian employees as of 2007. It is headed by Sheriff Joe Arpaio.

    Orly, I have long been impressed by your efforts to expose the President’s fraudulent background, but I think you don’t realize how smart and honest Sheriff Arpaio really is. I do wish he would testify for you in court, but I also believe that he needs to use whatever approach he believes will be most effective.

    The Sheriff no doubt believes that if he turns his evidence over at this point to corrupt and cowardly judges and D.A.’s, they will simply rule there is nothing there and kill the case, thereby giving the opposition an excuse to further bury the truth.

    The level of cowardice and corruption in this country is absolutely off the charts, and Sheriff Arpaio is well aware of it.

    Sheriff Joe,like me knows that MOST of CONGRESS is in on the fraud,therefore they will just turn their heads and wait for the problem to die out,without ANYONE being accused of anything…The way I see it is the RNC is just another version of the DNC…two peas out of the same pod.

    This is exactly what needs to occur. There is sufficient evidence to round all these Communists up and begin interrogations. Offer them lie detector tests to clear themselves. None of them will take one, which would prove their guilt. What did you know and when did you know it. Hold them in isolated separate cells until they come clean with the truth. A little water boarding may be in order here also since we are dealing with domestic terrorists. Put me in charge, I’ll get to the bottom of the Conspiracy.

    This is possibly a weird question moreover could someone please tell what ‘WHATM’ and ‘bump’ means. Most I can work out furthermore these two have me beat!
