One important item in dossiers #1, 3 and 4,  is a statement by the Federal agent Steven Hoffman, showing that there are multiple signs of forgery in Obama’s selective service certificate: a stamp, that is a wrong stamp for that year, a form number, that is wrong for the year, a date, which is wrong. On the top of the document the serial number starts with 08, which according to agent Hoffman typically means a year (meaning created in 2008),

underneath in explanations there is an 8 added in front of the number and it looks like it was created in 1980, the year Obama was supposed to be registered for the service. Accompanying letter states that the registration was done in September, when Obama was thousands of miles away in Occidental college.

 The icing on the cake is the fact that it supposed to be accompanied by a birth certificate, however the description says that no birth certificate was provided, which invalidates the document. If one is not properly signed for selective service, he is not eligible for work in the executive branch and of course presidency it the pinnacle of the executive branch- that means Obama is not eligible.

    Dear Kenneth,

    I read a copy of your lawsuit, and wish you well in it. I too would sue if I had enough time left on earth. I am writing to provide you with some additional insight that you may already be aware of.

    In the event that you are not I wish to inform you of the possibility that the name Barrack H Obama may never have legally been restored to Barry Soetoro.

    In most states a petition for name change IS required by law, and becomes PUBLIC RECORD when the court grants the name change. I spent many months searching all possible databases, and newspaper files in an attempt to determine exactly when his birth name was legally reinstated. I was not able to find any evidence that the name Barrack H Obama was ever legally reinstated.

    If this is still the case then the person occupying the Whitehouse is legally Barry Soetoro. This means that he isn’t even the legal POTUS.

    In reality he is pretending to be the POTUS. I also believe that many in Congress are fully aware of this imposter, but are afraid to try to do anything about it. This name change petition is extremely important to your lawsuit, and you should pursue action under FOIA to force the record of name change to be revealed, where and when it was legally carried out. If no record is found then there is ACTIONABLE doubt of his being the legal POTUS. He registered, and campaigned under the name of Obama. That is the name that he must legally hold, to be the legally elected POTUS. This all needs to be seriously researched.

    I am 77 years of age, and in failing health. I have passed all of this on to you in the hope that you might be able to use this info to add strength to your case.

    We need to nail him, preferably to a cross.

    Dr. Taitz, will this be entered as evidence when you go to court. Also do you have any idea when the judge is going to set a date. Will it be a year, a month or do you know?

    Dr. Taitz,

    I believe your observation regarding the SS Registration indicating that NOT BIRTH CERTIFICATE WAS SHOWN, not only invalidates the registration, but, if one assumes it is a historic document dating from 1980, that Obama has had a history of refusing to show his BC his entire life.

    Seeing that All American Citizens readily show their BC, esp. men when they register for the SS, one can only reasonably conclude that Obama’s BC fails to prove some key point(s) regarding his identity and citizenship.

    Obama Commits Perjury (Twice)

    Barack Obama has consciously and repeatedly avoided leaving any footprints in his 49 years. His life is completely undocumented (see here).

    However, during the campaign, Obama signed two documents in which he swears (or affirms) that he is eligible for the office of the President of The United States, one from the Commonwealth of Virginia, and another from the State of Arizona.

    On the candidacy form for the Commonwealth of Virginia, date stamped, December 13, 2007, Obama made the following statement:

    “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that all of the information in this Nomination Paper is true, that as to these and all other qualifications, I am qualified to hold the office that I seek, having fulfilled the United States constitutional requirements for holding said office. I further swear (or affirm) that I have fulfilled Arizona’s statutory requirement for placing my name on its Presidential Preference Election ballot.”

    On the Candidate Nomination Paper form for the State of Arizona, date stamped, December 13, 2007, Obama made the following statement:

    “I am a natural born citizen of the United States, am at least thirty-five years of age, and have been a resident within the United States for at least fourteen years.”

    CNN Boss Leans On Lou Dobbs

    CNN/U.S. president Jon Klein sent an email to a handful of “Lou Dobbs Tonight” staffers last night regarding the coverage of the so-called Birthers and the validity of Obama’s eligibility.

    In part, Klein writes, “It seems this story is dead — because anyone who still is not convinced doesn’t really have a legitimate beef.” Klein asked CNN researchers to dig into the question of why Obama couldn’t produce the original birth certificate. The researchers contacted the Hawaii Health Dept. and confirmed that paper documents were discarded in 2001 when the department went paperless. That reportedly includes Obama’s original birth certificate.

    If Klein’s statement is true, then this official statement, dated October 31, 2008, from state health director Dr. Chiyome Fukino is false:

    “Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai‘i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawai‘i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.”

    If what Klein says is true, Fukino is lying. If what Fukino says is true, Klein is lying. It’s one or the other, isn’t it?

    Klein may be the king of the dung heap at CNN, but this story is far from dead.

    The simple fact, that Klein, Chris Matthews, Brian Williams, John Stewart and even The New York Times, are addressing the eligibility issue on a daily basis now is clear evidence that the eligibility question is never, ever, going to go away. It will dog Obama until he goes back to Chicago — or releases his bona fides.

    The Times writes, “Advocates of the issue, who are sometimes called Birthers, have succeeded in calling attention to themselves through frequent calls to talk radio shows, e-mail messages to news organizations and a videotaped question at a Congressional town hall. The Associated Press said that Obama’s citizenship status had been one of the most popular topics for the wire service’s ‘Ask AP’ column.”

    A few months ago, Birthers numbered in the hundreds. Now, they number in the millions. Millions of Americans are demanding — “Obama, show us the birth certificate”

    Orly, a number of patriots are concerned if “The Messiah” produces a fake birth certificate. I told them I would ask you for your advice. Certainly, forensics would show it to be fraudulent. What is your take??

    The war on doctors is 39 yrs old; see the controlled substance act of 1970. Thousands of licensed doctors have been imprisoned since 1970 by the Attorney General ignoring the License he issued to invade the accused’s office in violation of the “fraud law, 18USCA846” to “obtain a Controlled Substance Rx by fraud, misrepresentaion and/or subterfuge”. The prosecutors have treated all grand and petit jurors the same way Obama treats citizens; refuse to produce the Document. The CSA is the only licensing law in the world with criminal punishment for “licensed to distribute, dispense or manufacture CS” “M.D.’s doing their Legitimate medical FUNCTIONS> it’s like punishing a licensed fisherman for catching a fish. The judges made a crime (felony) out of a humanitarian licensed function> Details on request.
