Dear temporary Secretary of State of Indiana Mr. Jerry Bonnet
Dear incoming Secretary of state of Indiana Connie Lawson.
Please, find attached my elections fraud complaint, which was filed over a month ago, on February 9th, 2012, but was not attended to yet. There was no hearing on this complaint.
While the elections commission held a hearing in relation to candidate challenge filed by 4 voters, there was no hearing on elections fraud yet. Similar elections fraud complaint was filed recently by a congressional candidate, a democrat and a former winner of a Democrat party primary, Mr. Bob Kern.
Complaint and attached court transcripts and exhibits, as well as a transcript of the recent press conference by Sheriff Arpaio of Maricopa County AZ,  show undeniable evidence of Mr. Obama committing elections fraud, using a Social Security number, which was never assigned to him from a state, where he never resided, using a computer generated forgery instead of a valid birth certificate and using a name, which is not legally his.
In the past Congressional candidate Bob Kern had to go through a lengthy hearing and a lengthy court trial due to the fact that he changed his last name and the name on the ballot was not the same as the name on his birth certificate. In Mr. Obama’s case, he does not have a valid US long form birth certificate at all. Attached affidavits of Senior deportation officer Sampson, investigator Daniels and statements by Sheriff Arpaio attest to Mr. Obama’s use of a forged birth certificate.
Aside from being a petitioner, I am also an attorney and I was asked by several petitioners and Indiana voters to address this office in the aforementioned matter. Among them congressional candidate Bob Kern and voters Karl Swihart, Edward Kesler and Frank Weyl.
All of us are greatly concerned and deeply appalled and outraged by inaction of the office of the Secretary of State in this matter. Such inaction can be construed as a violation of the 14th amendment equal protection rights of the above individuals, as well as violation of their first amendment rights to free speech, which is manifested in elections tainted by the presence of an illegal candidate, as well as the office of the Secretary of State being complicit in elections fraud, complicity to  forgery as well as the office of the Secretary of State possibly being complicit in the act of treason against the state of Indiana and the United States of America, by allowing usurpation of the US presidency by an individual with forged identification papers.
I demand a response to the aforementioned complaint and an administrative action of removal of ineligible candidate within three working days.

    Nonfeasance comes to mind, failure to act that cuases damage is a crime. Tonot follow the law by denying Civil And Constitutional Due Process is a Federal Crime Go Go orly
