Dear Mr. Carter,
Thank you for taking the time to contact Governor Daniels regarding

That was a very courteous email response. Is the part where the governor says BO is not eligible missing from the message? I can’t find it. It looks like they are simply referring you to the SoS’ office as a procedural action. I hope the SoS takes this seriously and avoids drinking the Obama Kool-aid.

Orly: Governor Daniels is one of the few grown-ups left in the Republican party. He was smart enough not to run for president this year because he doesn’t want to have to pander to the wingnuts and bigots like you who now make up much of his party. Mitch Daniels is not a birther and, as governor of IN, he will continue to fight to uphold the laws on his state.

Mr. True Believer, why are you calling Dr. Taitz a “wingnut”. She is inarguably the most knowledgeable and astute attorneys this nation has ever had the privilege to see in action. It goes without saying that she has worked against a very strong counter current, correctly called corruption, and always comes right back swinging.
You are supporting a president with the longest string of crimes swinging from his belt that ever has been or ever will be again. You will soon read all about all those crimes in about 2 weeks.
In closing, name one attorney, anyone you like, who could move to Russia and learn their statutory law system anywhere near the speed Orly learned ours.
Give him up, Sir. Barry Soetoro is nothing more than a hardened criminal who will, one day soon I think, find his boss with the huge pile of greenery, not home when Obama calls on the red phone.

Here is the First Letter to the Editor in Todays Rapid City Journal…
Barack Obama born an American citizen
The truth, Thomas Scheveck (March 12 letter), is that Mr. Obama was born in the United States. Even if he wasn’t, he would still be an American citizen, because he was born to an American citizen.
Our son-in-law was in the U.S. Navy, when our granddaughter was born, an American citizen, in a Scottish hospital. Sen. John McCain was born, an American citizen, in the Panama Canal Zone, where his father, a Navy officer, was stationed.
I am really tired of people NOT KNOWING THE LAW! Are they Ignorant on purpose? Or maybe if they keep saying “He was Born in America”, they will believe it. Maybe someone could write a reply to this… They wont publish MY colorful metaphors I’m affraid.

Obama will take the citizenship of his father who was a British subject at the time of Obama birth. He will come under the nationality Act of 1948.

@ T/PoP-
regarding this issue people ARE Ignorant on purpose, and they’re Ignorant on convenience.
It’s funny how they are either informed or have amnesia when it best suits them-

The founding fathers and framers of the US Constitution used “natural born Citizen” in the eligibility clause, to best describe a person who was not only a citizen, but also a citizen with the least possible foreign influence or allegiance, which can only be one who is born in the US AND to US citizen parents.

After Obama was adopted to become a Indonesian citizen, did he ever applied for a American citizen? He had to give what citizenship he had to becoma a Indonesian.

@Jim Fields – you don’t know how citizenship works. You should have paid attention in Civics, or at least have read the inside cover of your passport (if you have one, which I doubt).
@MichaelN – Go back down under, Kangaroo Jack – you know nothing of US law, and certainly don’t understand our Constitution.

Your right ass hole, don’t have a pass port. Live in USA, the best country that there is, why should I leave it. You know of course Obama father was a Kenya and at no time was a us citizen. Even through his mother was a American, you have the citizenship of your father. He comes under the nationality Act of 1948, A british subject. That’s law!
