Update, more tampering with mail containing my pleadings and checks
Posted on | March 14, 2012 | 7 Comments
I just talked to Tabitha Ward, manager of the mail room in the First Circuit court in MS
We are seeing the same pattern of tampering with my mail that we saw in HI, PA, Supreme court of the US
My priority certified mail package, which I sent on March 5th, disappeared for 8 days, suddenly appeared yesterday, on election day, at the sorting facility in Jackson, MS.
When the clerk of the Circuit court went to the post office today in the morning to pick up the package, it was missing again, even though the tracking shows it at the facility.
The manager of the mail room from the Circuit court will go to the post office again to talk to the manager of the post office to demand the package, so it can be forwarded to the clerk of the court. she will be also demanding answers, why wasn’t the package given to the representative of the court at 7 am today, when the representative came to pick up the package.
That what happens when Chicago mob and a bunch of commies connected to jihadists take over the nation

When will there be another sheriff or two that is willing to stick his neck out and investigate, corroborate and make public such findings? Feels like Nazi Germany.

if we don’t rise, these Chicago thugs and jihadists will be worse than Nazi Germany

These are just my thoughts on the problems with court documents that never seem to arrive on time:
(1) Try using FedEx guaranteed delivery-time service instead of the US Postal Service. Ship it at a FedEx center, not a local mailbox service, and get a receipt.
(2) Whenever using USPS, present the mail to a clerk and get a hand-stamped receipt, but don’t depositing it in an unattended box.
(3) Priority mail is not time-guaranteed. They verbally make this clear by telling me “two or three days, usually”.
(4) USPS Express Mail does make delivery time guarantees — but a hand-stamped receipt by a clerk is essential.

Ship by FedEx. The U.S. Postal Service is operated by union thugs who only vote for Democrats! FedEx is non-union!

FedEX refuses to track anything sent to POBoxes
This court is using a POBox as their mailing address

Do you always use the same post office? It might be worth a shot to drive to another one and see if you get better results. It could also help rule out the possibility of some jackass in your regular post office impacting your shipment. UPS also provides similar services and have much better tracking capability. Instead of sending it to their PO box, locate the valid street address and send it there.

Dr Taitz,
If they are looking for packages from you, then have someone else mail the packages for you, listing someone other than yourself on the return address label. Someone you trust, of course. Or use a secretary’s, friend’s, someone else’s address for the return address even if you must mail it yourself. The person taking the package would know, but maybe the people handling the package behind the scenes won’t. If possible, mail it with that computer kiosk for postage, and place it in the mailbox when no one can see who is putting it in, still using a different return address.
This way people rummaging the mail won’t know it’s from you, and won’t know what is inside the package…so maybe it will actually arrive to it’s destination in a timely manner.
It’s the contents inside the package and getting it to where it needs to be that is important, not what is on the return address label. You’ve got to do what you can so no one handling the package will know it’s from you.
