MD law suit is still going strong

I talked to Tracy Fair, her law suit against the secretary of stat of MD and the elections board is still going strong in spite of usual stonewalling and attacks by treasonous and corrupt bureaucrats

    Sorry and/or my bad but this is the first I’ve heard/seen anything about Tracy Fair and/or her law suit against the MD SoS. I’m in Maryland and would like to know more about this.

    Orly: I know that you think that Tracy has a strong lawsuit because she included the birth certificate and SSN material, which most two-citizen-parent lawsuits do not. However, shortly after she filed her lawsuit, she wrote this:

    “I have since talked to several attorney’s and was recently referred to an attorney in my state by Herb Titus. Herb made suggestions on editing my petition, which I have already done and we are moving forward! Some of the old petition remains but the SSN & BC stuff was removed and other stuff was added. I’ve got plenty of time before I need to serve Obama, so I am waiting it out to see if any more good evidence arises and may even amend it again, so keep on posting.”

    So, she is taking out the most explosive evidence (the SSN stuff) based on the advice of WND lackey Herb Titus. And, in the process, she is ignoring your advice to include the SSN material. It is clear that WND does not support your work. I wonder if Corsi et al. asked Titus to get Tracy to remove your evidence from her lawsuit.

    No, I do not have an email address I can post that I wouldn’t mind Obots seeing. However, I hereby give Orly permission to email you my email address.

    BTW: Perhaps I misinterpreted the Maryland election code you quoted in your petition but it looks to me like Maryland election code does not require a candidate for POTUS to be eligible under the U.S. Constitution.
