So this means the o-bots have gotten to some postal worker now. Obamanites can’t do anything clean, decedent, or honest because they know obama is a fraud.

Orly: Did you ask someone else to take it to the post office for you? I hope that one of your assistants has not turned against you as well, the way that so many of your close friends and family have recently.

There’s no Post Office stamp on them or summary of postal costs.
They are probably sitting on a shelf waiting for the postage charges to be paid.

no, we have Stamps.com, postage of $16.50 was fully prepaid
March 8th, 2012 @ 12:37 pm
no, I personally placed stamps for $16.50 for both priority and certified mail, return receipt and I personally took those to the post office and placed in the parcel depository

Orly: The motion that is allegedly missing includes this statement: “I, Rita Momtazian, am not a party to above action, I am over 18 years old and I declare that I served the respondent’s by certified mail with the above pleadings on March 6, 2012 at the following addresses:” Are you now saying that Ms. Momtazian lied to the court and that you, in fact, mailed these documents yourself? If so, this is not proper service because, as a party to the action, you cannot serve the defendants yourself. Plus, you have knowingly submitted false information to the court–that Ms. Momtazian served these pleadings–which, by your own admission, she did not.

she certified that the defendants were served by her, you moron

If you “personally placed stamps for $16.50 for both priority and certified mail, return receipt” and “personally took those to the post office and placed in the parcel depository”, then you are the one who completed service by mail, not your assistant. Your handling of the package, as a party, makes your service invalid.
But I really hope it is not lost and that the court receives it immediately.

assistant certified, that she mailed to the defendants, I sent the packages to the court, different things
everything was done by the book
none of the legions of attorneys of usurper Obama were able to ever find me doing anything wrong, all of their complaints failed. The only one, who is violating the law, is the usurper criminal Obama and all of his lackeys, like you Rae
all of your mafia will pay the price sooner or later

Time to look up the tracking details
March 8th, 2012 @ 4:11 pm
I expect you have duplicates.
Is there some way they can be sent via electronic means or posted on Scribed or the like, and for this method to be recognized as legally provided to the judge?
March 8th, 2012 @ 4:21 pm
she said it was mailed to the defendants, which indeed was mailed by her.
I mailed priority certified mail to the court
March 8th, 2012 @ 4:23 pm
no tracking details
March 8th, 2012 @ 7:17 pm
If you don’t have any tracking details, then how can anyone here help you track down the package? You don’t even say what office you mailed it from or what day and time.
March 8th, 2012 @ 7:25 pm
I posted on this website 2 receipts: to go to the clerk of the court and to the special judge
March 9th, 2012 @ 9:56 pm
Did you bring your receipts to the Postmaster at the USPS Office where you mailed these packages?
