Hi Orly:
If it was the law that whoever did not obey and enforce the constitution, would be automatic be impeach from office. You would see how fast they would all change their decision in court. We have the most corrupt and ass kissing judges that I ever did see. They take the oath to uphold the constitution, but not one of them does that. You think that American should be afraid of the gangs, no its the corrupt judges that we should fear most.
