The judicial branch seems to have fallen when the very reason our government has three branches of government was to prevent a dictatorship that no one is above the law. Now with the corrupt congress and REX84/PDD51/NSPD51 declaring that congress is no longer legally valid but just ceremonial process passed by George W. Bush and still valid with Obama, with the recent judicial ruling, we are now officially a dictatorship. Obama can even sign ACTA and other worldwide treaties without senate approval even though a total violation of the U.S. Constitution. That means we have to obey laws and orders by the president since treaties are worldwide. Same with Bush and the North American Union treaty without approval from either the U.S. congress or the people of the United States.

I’m sorry that this happened to you Orly Taitz but as what one TV show said with Obama you can’t put lipstick on a pig. The judicial branch is as corrupt as you can get and there’s nothing you can really do but try a secession from the union as you sort of said on my past radio show on BTR. That is our only option left is a new confederate government to topple and replace the current dictatorship. America is becoming a police state and with the NDAA anybody including myself can disappear into a black hole and be tortured until god knows when. America is no longer a free country I am sorry.

I hope and pray that you can get the Malihi decision overturned!
