   Dear Orly:

   There is great wisdom here. The Buddha saw the inevitability in all great moments. The setting of the sun, the rising of the moon, the dawning of the truth.

   No one who has followed this matter can be surprised. Administrative Law Judge Malihi made a very narrow ruling based on a narrow precedent, regardless of the body of fact and evidence you provided.

   Although many are ridiculing “the birthers” for being unable to win a case “against an empty chair”, their laughter will be their undoing. Their mockery will give them a false confidence.

   True to his colors, The Donald has now endorsed Mitt Romney. (Romney will flip before he flops, and cannot be trusted to keep his word about anything… what a hopeless candidate.)

   Once again we see that The Donald is useless to us. Remember his investigators? The Donald allegedly sent them to Hawaii to dig up the truth. They were supposedly sent in April 2011.

   Trump said, “You won’t believe what they’re finding!”

   From that day to this, he has NEVER released their ‘findings’. Not one document. Not one word. Nothing. Many people believe it was all a ruse to get in your good graces. He will NEVER release their ‘findings’. Why? Either they spent all their time in bars and found NOTHING, or he never sent his ‘investigators’ in the first place.

   The Donald CANNOT be trusted, Orly. He could — if he truly believed in this great cause — pay for a dozen lawyers to work under your direction. He could do it tomorrow. Why doesn’t he do this? We know why.

   Only YOU can be trusted.

   I believe it is time for you to renew your efforts to win nomination in California. The courts are clearly unwilling to listen to you. They take all your time, and much of your money, and give you nothing in return.

   It is time to turn to The Court Of Public Opinion. From a position of senior elected office, you could do so much more than has been achieved to date.

   From a position of high office, you would command public and media attention like never before. You would in one moment leap over the cowardly courts and move straight to the epicenter of power in DC.

   I believe this is the next and necessary step. Until there is political support in DC, none of these minor courts will ever lift a finger. This has just been proven for the 90th time.

   It is time to move the battle to that Court of Public Opinion. Your rhetoric and your reason will prove unbeatable — and need not result in overturn on technicality. The voters always win.

   Your reason and rhetoric will prevail, and this November will come the real victory we have sought — and you have fought — for lo these many, many years.
