Dear Secretary Kemp,
Hopefully, you have fully read and studied all facets and sides to the presidential eligibility issue that has been presented in the January 26th hearings, as any fair individual would do. You now have to make a decision that will be controversial no matter which side you fall on, but very serious indeed.
Judge Mahili’s opinion that Obama is a natural born citizen, and eligible to be on the ballot in Georgia, based on an obscure Indiana circuit court decision, is absolutely ridiculous and incorrect. The way that he conducted his courtroom, by hurrying along arguments and testimony was ludicrous to say the least. And, his statement that the witness testimony was neither persuasive nor “expert”, was outright laughable.
I personally have followed and investigated this problem for almost four years, and I am outraged that no one in government, including Judge Mahili, wants to simply put all of the facts on the table and objectively sort them out. The media blackout is certainly troubling also, as this important controversy has purposely been successfully pushed below the surface of public knowledge, by the powers that be, who ridicule anyone who dare ask a question.
When I learned that Judge Mahili was to hear the attorneys’ arguments in a courtroom, I already knew that Obama, despite a subpoena to do so, would do everything possible to avoid appropriately ending this controversy, and I was certain he would not appear in court to prove his eligibility once and for all. These actions alone should be enough to overwhelmingly rule against him, but we see once again, like in many cases before, that common sense is mysteriously absent.
Of all the intriguing evidence and arguments that have been presented, especially by Attorney Orly Taitz, there is one constant that is baffling to even the most ardent skeptic. Why hasn’t Barrack Obama allowed the public to see a “certified” copy of his long form birth certificate, and why has he and officials in Hawaii fiercely protected the examination of the original, even though this suppossed document was displayed on the Whitehouse website in pdf. format last April? Isn’t the requirement to prove his eligibility solely his responsibility? And wouldn’t the examination of those certified and original documents easily do just that?
I will also ask why Congress attempted no less than EIGHT seperate times in the few years leading up to the 2008 presidential race, to change or define the meaning of “natural born citizen” to benifit Barrack Obama. Does this not seem strange and worthy of investigation?
It is time, Secretary Kemp, for someone to step up and use the true power of their elected office, to uphold their oath of state office and to defend the Constitution of the United States of America. It is time for a hero to stand up and set things straight, by doing the right thing before our forefathers, our past, present, and future patriots, and God.
Are we a nation of weak cowards, who quake at the thought of ridicule and pressure from tyrants and bullies? Or, are we a nation of champions and individuals who fully embrace and live the TRUTH?
Which individual will you be Mr. Kemp? Will you look in the mirror for the rest of your life, and wonder why you couldn’t muster the courage you needed at this critical moment in history? Or will you lay your head down on your pillow each night, and wake up each morning with pride and a clean conscience, that what you did was absolutely right in the eyes of true patriots?
The choice is yours sir. I pray that you will be guided in the right direction, for yourself, for our country, and for our future. I pray that you will do your job with integrity and true character, and make the decision to disallow Barack Obama’s request to appear on the Georgia primary ballot.
Respectfully, Lonnie Wolfe
