I am 57 years old, a retired executive, and just had grandchild #2 on January 29th.           I have the CURSE of education  — like reading the Gulag Archipalago by Solzhenitzen back in the 1970’s in my college days. and studying the Russian revolution.  Orly lived this society first hand.             I know, with certainity, what is coming now.     There is no chance of victory in any court, because they are all compromised.  This Mahlili order is totally upsetting– and Dr. Taitz is correct  — he did NOT draft it.     And relying on a lower court in Indiana.!!  (what BS).   Our people are just too stupid & distracted — American Idol, Super Bowl, Collge draft,  etc etc  — I have been mocked by family members – many with advanced degrees!  The American people have got the government that they deserve !!!     I am off the net. I am done being a visible communicator.  I still get calls from New Hampshire Investigator Todd Flanigan ( he works for the crook AG in NH)  trying to intimidate me, because I filed a ballot challenge  and criminal complaint. I hope to meet him for a beer in the next year.   I have NO FEAR  – I worry about my kids & grand kids future.   I am signing off forever —– quiet & covert is the way to go Covert — be invisible  Goodbye.  Thanks for your efforts to save the Republic  — it is lost.    From previous moments of similar turmoil in America… the words spewed out to the world were “burn baby burn” let’s hope this fight will not end up in a like manner.

   I could tell by the Judge’s demeanor on Jan 26th that he had already been bought. He was condescending, and impatient with Orly.

   It’s time to drop back and punt, and come up with a new strategy.

   is possible that the secretary of state will still uphold the law and not allow obama on the ballot? it was said before that the judge only issues a recommendation to the secretary of state, that the secretary of state holds the ultimate decision.

   Another strategy as you suggest: On Jan. 17th, I mailed a certified letter to Brian Williams at NBC informing him of the scheduled GA hearing on the 26th. To date, (Feb 3rd) I never even received the green certified mail receipt back yet. I realize that in his half hour show he’s limited for time which makes it necessary for him to choose the most important news. However; on Jan 26th, the day of the GA hearing, he featured an episode of a homeless girl. On Jan 27th, when 122 media outlets made reports of the hearing, Brian found it neces- sary to report an episode of birds craping on cars, (that’s slang for dung coming out of the rear end of birds and falling on cars) Yes, birds craping on cars in LeRange, KY which upset some of the residents there. On Jan 28th and Jan 29th, he was off. On Jan 30th, he featured Chelsea Clinton in a dog episode. By this time, the Jan 26th, hearing would be old news, so I gave up. However, on Feb. 2nd he ran an episode of Michelle Obama doing push ups. Here’s my point, thousands of letters should be going to Brian Williams protesting his unfairness in reporting the news and his lack of ability to differentiate what is more news worthy, birds craping on cars or a subpoenaed president who failed to show up at court ordered hearing. And of course copies of those letters should be sent to the FCC. Shouldn’t NBC be fined?

   we have no more legal system.. its been totally destroyed today..

   this is one more reason why i WILL NEVER SERVE ON A JURY..

   we had a case some years ago where the jury spent days listening to testamony and made a ruling.. and for some rason the judge figured the jury was ignorant and overturned their ruling…

   why the hell waste time…. its time for people to go and stand up to these judges and force them to follow the law…

   it works i know…

   years back i stood up to the didtrict attorney and wildlife and fisherise and made them apologize to me publically for trying to sham us into pleading guilty to false charges…

   personally i am not afraid of any of them right is right so we need to go in their face and make them listen

   if not then we are as swine being led to the slaughter … they have made us slaves to their monopoly

   this judge was paid off.. the evidece is right there..

   he used this as a way to get their nuke plants approved… strang it happned at the same tims..

   i smell something stinking with this.. the ass judge was ready to make a decision right off then pulls this crap…

   The judge wanted an abbreviated hearing so the attorneys obliged and then he turns around and states the witnesses weren’t persuasive enough?? Compared to who exactly?

   Come on!!! NO MORE ABBREVIATED HEARINGS !!!!!

   Has anyone listened to Rod Class. There are two types of court systems. Researchers found that there are two court systems one being the corrupt and the second is for the people. Orly needs to get a hold of Rod Class and figure out a strategy to file awesome paperwork and the correct court system. Don’t believe me check out his site. He received a ruling on the police being a private company and not related to the state. We are in a war “Evil versus Good”. yes, we are biblical and we need to start reading and educating ourselves to stop this.

    This IS about good vs evil, and just to speak these words will draw ‘crazy, zany, racist, birther, wackadoodle’ talk and labels from Usurpers and Obots. Which are practically most in highest offices.
    Orly, you need huge help!, from powerful people.
    We all need to grow ranks and help her…
