Attorney sues over Obama’s ballot listing in Kansas

TOPEKA, Kansas (AP) — A California attorney has filed a lawsuit in Kansas challenging President Barack Obama’s listing on the state’s Nov. 5 election ballot.

Attorney Orly Taitz has promoted the discredited notion that Obama is not a U.S. citizen in other states. Her lawsuit in Shawnee County District Court also says she’s representing a registered Kansas voter named Roger Walters but doesn’t say where he lives.

Taitz filed her lawsuit Thursday, and a hearing is scheduled for Oct. 3.

The defendants in the lawsuit are the State Objections Board and Secretary of State Kris Kobach, its chairman.

Earlier this week, the board closed a review of whether Obama should be listed on the ballot after the president’s birth-state of Hawaii authenticated information in an online copy of his birth certificate.

    And…NBC/WSJ/Marist: all skew the poll results, since they are NOT official polls. As Gallup and Rasmussen are, and they have Romney winning! 🙂

    (obama and his new world order banker globalist handlers damage to America is egregious, they pay complicit accomplices in the news media to propagandize a false paradigm while obama grossly continues to damage America every day). America will never be able to live this down even with prosecution; everything obama has done in office is a lie (null and void), a major Fraud, High Treason and the illegal alien obama is a (race card) racist against all American legal citizens.

    Orly, need to post this. Just heard on Rush: Obama on some speech that he said: “…why not privatize Social Security and then turn it over to W-A-L-L S-T-R-E-E-T???” How insane!

    Also: Gallup and Rasmussen (in Iowa) have Romney up over Obama by (2)+ points or more! So much for these other polls!

    Also, Orly, just heard Rush say: …that Obama is possibly going to by-pass Congress and sign another executive order to “SUSPEND THE INTERNET!!!” And he’s just waiting for the right time!

    Rush also said that Congress doesn’t want this to happen!

    Could somebody find out who owns what in the lame Brain, excuse me, I mean the Main Stream Media.

    Is there a lot of Middle East money connected with the Lame Brain, excuse me, I mean the Main Stream Media?
