    Dear Orly,

    Just wondering if you are worried or concerned that “within” Judge Mahili’s order of denial, he was leading Obama’s atty to refile motion to quash with BETTER legal authority as he mentioned this twice in his judgement. Just have seen others mention this and if you think that he may still approve their motion if refiled.
