   Orly,

   This subpoena is GENIUS!! The whole world is waiting for Arpaio’s report. If you publish it next week, you’ll force the MSM to cover the TRIAL.

   Here’s a suggestion along these same lines. Subpoena Donald Trump’s investigators. They found something significant last year and Trump has never released it.

   Also, you should subpoena Sarah Palin and ask her why she didn’t challenge Obama in 2008, now that she is complaining that he wasn’t vetted.

   Surely with the one-two-three punch of Arpaio, Palin and Trump, the court will decide in your favor!!

   Oh yes, Sheriff Joe is such a hero.

   He racially profiles people.
   He keeps prisoners in substandard conditions, some of whom have died in said conditions.
   He has misused funds.
   He has abused his power for his own pet projects.
   He has misused SWAT team resources.
   He’s under scrutiny from the American anti-defamation league, the ACLU, the American Jewish comiteee, and amnesty international.

   Yup…HERO!

   I maybe wrong on this but during 2008 democrat primary Hillary made a statement that Obama was not a citizen of America.I’m sure there is someone that can locate that.It was a live broadcast.It may have been on Fox news.I’m just not sure.

   What if Jablonski shows up at the trial with Obama’s COLB and it has the raised seal from the state of Hawaii? Isn’t GA obligated to accept it just the same as a passport office would?

   My Obot co-worker says that’s all that will happen. This worries me.

   PLEASE tell us what else you can do if Jablonski shows up with the COLB. I went to get a passport for my son and they told me that only two things were necessary. First, a raised seal on his BC. Second, no white-out was allowed on the form.

   I could have printed off any BC and pressed it against any corporate seal and they would have accepted it. They didn’t verify that the seal was real. You can point that out.

   But are you SURE they won’t follow passport procedure?

    “OBAMA’S EXECUTIVE ORDERS SKIRT RULE OF LAW”

    “Among the things that have long set the United States of America apart from many of the countries of the world is that we are “a nation of laws, not of men.”

    That is to say, any of us may hold whatever view we wish on a particular law, but so long as the law was duly enacted by our representative government, it is binding on everyone — up to and including the president.

    So it is disturbing that pRresident Barack Obama, in his frustration that Congress will not enact some of the legislation he wants, intends to [ILLEGALLY & UNCONSTITUTINALLY] bypass lawmakers and use executive orders to impose those policies.

    His administration is calling this troubling tactic the “We can’t wait” campaign.

    Throughout the rest of this year, the pResident intends to issue at least one such Congress-skirting “initiative” every week.

    “The president will continue to pressure congressional Republicans to … pass the American Jobs Act, but he believes we cannot wait, so he will act where they won’t,” Dan Pfeiffer, communications director for the president, said in The New York Times.

    Among other things, the pResident is altering the terms of college graduates’ repayment of federal education loans, and he is issuing new rules to reduce foreclosures among homeowners who have no equity in their homes.

    These latest moves come on top of the administration’s decision, in effect, to set free potentially hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens who were already in our legal system, awaiting processing for deportation to their homelands. Not only that, but illegal aliens who have committed no additional crimes since coming to this country will be allowed to seek work permits here!

    The administration also has simply waived portions of the federal No Child Left Behind education law for a number of states –
    so long as those states meet different standards that the administration has devised on its own.

    You may agree or disagree with the pResident’s views. But in this situation, what he personally thinks about a particular issue is almost beside the point.

    CONGRESS HAS NOT ENACTED LAWS PERMITTING HIM TO IMPOSE THE POLICIES THAT HE SEEKS. In fact, on the subject of illegal immigration, Congress has repeatedly declined to grant amnesty to illegal aliens.

    Without appropriate congressional authorization, the [ILLEGAL & SERIAL CRIMINAL] pResident has no business putting those policies into effect.

    His policies are not passing in Congress because they have been attempted previously and failed — sometimes with extremely costly results.

    [Obama and his criminal and illegal] administration says it “can’t wait” for Congress to act.

    But the United States “can’t afford” to have an [ILLEGAL & A SERIAL CRIMINAL] pResident who imposes policies that have been rejected by our elected members of Congress. That is a dangerous seizing of power by the executive branch of the government.

    And it is just one more reason why the American people should vote Obama out of office in the 2012 election.”

    Dear Orly: you are correct to subpoena Trump and his so-called investigators.

    Unless he was lying at the time, here’s what he told CNN on April 7, 2011:

    “Washington (CNN) – Self-proclaimed birther Donald Trump is now so doubtful of President Obama’s birthplace that he’s sent a team of his own investigators to Hawaii in hopes of getting to the bottom of the issue.

    That’s according to Trump himself, who, in an interview with NBC, warned his investigators just might uncover “one of the greatest cons in the history of politics and beyond.”

    “I have people that have been studying it and they cannot believe what they’re finding,” Trump said an interview that aired Thursday Morning.

    Asked if he has assigned people specifically to search in Hawaii, Trump said, “Absolutely.”

    There you have it, Orly. Trump says “absolutely” that he had hired investigators there, and that they can’t “believe what they’re finding.”

    However: from that hour to this, Trump has released no documents, no investigative reports, and no findings. Zero. Nothing.

    You are right to not trust Trump. He is a shameless self-promoter. Haul him into court, and find out what he knows.

    He is either hiding what his investigators found, or he is hiding the fact that they found nothing.

    Point out what? The judge will look at the certificed paper copy of the COLB with the seal. Are you going to tell the judge “you can’t tell an official seal from a corporate seal”?
