Orly…I sent this to Obamareleasryourrecords. I had already submitted what I found out from the Judge yesterday but they have not corrected the original false charge so I thought I’d give it one more try. LJ
It was clearly implied and out right stated by many here that Taitz had no legal authority to use the subpoena forms off the Georgia court website. That she was faking subpoenas. I went straight to the horses mouth and it was confirmed that Taitz had the authority to use them. Whether they are enforceable outside of Georgia, whether she can overcome objections to her evidence are separate issues to the original false charge against Taitz and her use of the Georgia subpoenas. I am out of the state of Georgia, way out, the fact that the staff attorney gave me two options, honor the subpoena or send a letter to her to ask for it to be quashed and explain why, tells me that the judge gives the subpoena some authority out of state or I would not even have to ask for it to be quashed. I think you should publish what I found out concerning the subpoenas at the top of this article right under the headline as “Important Update, Subpoenas Legit”. Linda Jordan

    Orly,

    I’m having a huge argument with an obot. He says a subpoena is not the same as a court order. I say it is. I say that next Thursday when Judge Miliha finds out that Nishimura ignored his subpoena, she is going straight to jail.

    Are you going to prosecute her, Nagamine and Fuddy? I can’t wait until they get frog marched onto the midnite train to Georgia.

    Slam Dunk: I say you’re full of shit. I say the only people who will end up in prison are birthers. So far I’m right (just look at Lakin and Walter Fitzpatrick for examples.. Orly Taitz will be next.

    Oorly Fransisco and John Day are frantic, afraid you are finally getting to the “bottom of the barrel” and exposing raw fraud. Hang in there, you are going to win I guarantee it, nobody can get by with a lie, one which affects the entire planet and get by with it no matter how hard they try or how many people they have trying to cover-up illegal activity/records.
