I found out that the other side has started a campaign of defaming not only me, but also my witnesses, as well as contacting witnesses and trying to persuade them not to show up at trial. A known FBI informant, who was caught by a judge  lying in another case, sent a defamatory letter to  judge Malihi. Bottom line, the same usual dirt and scum, that we saw before.    Please, stay strong, do not pay any attention to thugs, we will win at the end, criminals will go to prison.

    I do hope and pray the Thugs working for Obama/Soetoro do not Intimidate Judge Malihi to change his view on this case.

    If Obama presents a certified COLB at the Hearing, then you can contravene the prima facie evidence by showing Obama a printout of the OLFBC and asking him why the signatures of the witnesses on the OLFBC have withdrawn their attestation.

    Point out to the Judge there is a “date filed” on the COLB and a “date accepted” on the OLFBC because the witnesses on the OLFBC have withdrawn. An explanation is warranted.

    What event triggered the change from “date accepted” to “date filed”?

    Liberals have no genuine morals or scruples. To a liberal the “ends” justifies the “means”. They believe that to achieve their goals anything is permissible. This all goes back to their denial of absolute right and wrong. They do not really believe that God has set down rules of behavior to be followed or you will suffer the consequence of God’s judgement. They think Man is, and invented God. This explains why liberals think the Constitution is just a bunch of suggestions to be interpreted as they feel the moment dictates. It also explains why it is a bad idea to try to negotiate or compromise with liberals, for like the Muslims and communists, they will make and break agreements if they think it will help them achieve their long term goals.

    This is the war that is raging now. Between the forces of darkness and light. I hope now you can see a bit more clearly.

    Orly if they had the evidence they wouldn’t have wasted any time in providing them and putting the matter to rest. The thing is they know they DON’T have any REAL birth certificate and that they have been aiding and abetting. They are running scared. You go Orly!!!

    Huh? What kind of theory is that? Who has “withdrawn” anything, and why, and how do you prove that?

    So the Nordyke birth witnesses have withdrawn, too? Because their COLB and LFBC say exactly the same.
